Enjoy the pre & probiotic nutrition from their kimchi tonic, just wish it didn't take an act of congress to get a growler refilled. I've been told to call ahead of time to ensure they can refill it, but was just told now they need 24 hours notice to get a refill, which is incredibly inconvenient when you're driving 35 minutes to the location. Sure wish getting a new growler at the Ballard Sunday Market was an option since that goes on every week...

The family that owns this company is absolutely wonderful. I used to care for an older members of their family and they were always such a joy to be around. I forget her name but the blonde lady with a sunny personality would come in and randomly give us kimchi and all of their great products :-) please support this business!

I have only had their sauerkraut, but I like the crunchy crispness, fresh taste, and brine (very vinegar-y which is fine by me!).

Firefly kitchens makes amazing fermented products. I eat their Kimchi on avocado toast all the time. Very glad to know it’s a local company that also uses very high quality ingredients. I hope more people are able to try their products.

We feature Firefly Kitchens Kimchi and Emerald Kraut at a fundraising event I help organize every year. The ferments are delicious and we love introducing our donors to fermented foods. The Kimchi and Kraut from Firefly Kitchens have become a real favorite!
