Be careful…the staff here is so chill, patient, and helpful that you might spend more than you anticipated :) doesn’t help that Filson’s clothing and bags are some of the highest quality things you can buy.

Loved the music & the energy of this store. Steve was so kind & helpful! I was waiting while my boyfriend browsed around the store & he made sure I was comfortable & we had a great conversation. Seems like someone that genuinely cares about the customers.

Do not shop at this company for any reason! They will refuse to offer refunds even if you follow their return policies. Both the quality and customer service have gone way downhill. You are better off shopping at Wal-Mart apparently.

If you want items you'll never have to replace. I have my grandfather's tin coat and it had been used by a farmer and it is still in great condition. And even though I have worn it during some of the worst weather and during semi casual events. And this coat still going as well as day one with my grandfather and now me. And will be passed on again. With a few more newer items. You can't beat the quality. Just go in take a look and you'll know this is a real review.

Would give zero if i could. Bought a Seattle cruiser online and returned it and still haven’t gotten a refund and it’s been over 2 weeks. Better business bureau, nys attorney General and social media will now know how this company treats people.

Just a quick visit to grab some boot oil. Filson in Ballard has become my favorite “version” of the store…rugged, small, great selection, and the vintage tunes from the old school record player - all of it make the Ballard Filson a great place to shop.
