Horrible buyer experience. I was interested in the Pista listed. Got connected with sales rep Shane and then transferred to Jason at Ferrari of Seattle. Told them my situation at the opening conversation where I can make full payment, but the wire will be from my company in hong kong. Then Jason told me to email him my ID. I sent my brother's ID to him and he gave me a call few min later asking questions like a detective would. What is your last name? The phone you calling from have a different name who is that? Do you know to buy this car and put it under your brother's name we would need to talk to your brother right? I live and base overseas, and having someone else name register my mobile is the norm, paying full payment from overseas bank to avoid financing it and putting the registration under my brother's name is considered unorthodox by Jason. I even email him a few of the pink slips that I have been buying like this. I told Jason my brother can talk with him and get anything notarized you may request and it is not a problem all at once. I can even have my overseas company authorization a bank letter as well, and you can wait for the funds to sit longer if that makes you feel more comfortable. Told me would get back to me but he never did. I sent a followed up email at 5:30pm very same day and the following afternoon sent a text as well. No reply whatsoever until I said forget about the Pista will shop else where and leave my buyer feedback experience instead.

Where do I start..Just a class act from top to bottom. I worked with Shane Capper and the supporting staff for a month or so. They are truly professional, courteous, well respected and more importantly HONEST about all aspects of car history. I am somewhat novice with Ferrari and flew in to their dealership from a long distance to complete the purchase. I am still in process but sooner or later it will happen. I happen to meet another long term client of Ferrari of Seattle during my visit. His comment and feedback was quite consistent with my experience. The customer service is simply exceptional.

If you come here, you've hit the jackpot of all dealerships. We had the pleasure of working with Jason and let me tell you, he tried to move mountains for us to be able to get our first Ferrari. He treated us like we were forever friends from the get-go. From the moment we asked, he made it a priority to get things done for us. We just can't say enough good things!! We also sold our Ferrari here and the process was smooth and such a relief to know that there were professionals who were great to work with every step of the way. This has definitely been a royal experience that will forever stay with us. So - a HUGE shoutout to Jason - you are appreciated more than you know!

Worst ferrari dealer I’ve been to. Terrible selection and rude employees. Don’t buy from here. If you want a nice Ferrari go to Lamborghini seattle. They have a nicer selection including a LaFerrari, SF90, 458, etc. This is however a nice place to park while you’re having lunch or shopping somewhere else.

A breath of fresh air! Michael got me in and out in under an hour! Flew up from Oregon and couldn't be happier with the buying process - short and sweet. Thanks again!

Somewhat of a weird hot / cold experience. Maybe it was a generational thing?Receptionist gave us nice waters, sales guy gave my kids some posters. But then it got weird around “oh we don’t do test drives until 95% of the way through the process”. I pointed out that I knew which exact car I wanted to purchase, but even then he didn’t seem eager to give me a card. Buying my wife a Tesla years ago was so much easier! ?

Terrible. I flat bedded my Ferrari to them from Idaho because of a brake problem. Tens of thousands of dollars, and months, later I thought my F car would be 100%. Engine out service? Yup. Brakes redone. Yup. Water pump looks suspect? Sure. New tires? Etc. After picking up the car, a mile from the dealership, one of the newly installed windshield wipers came off. No biggie. Stuff happens. Unfortunately this was my future writ small. A couple thousand miles later, two belts they installed came off. Looking at the belts, probably one came off, and then took the second one out. See photo below. The belts, the car, was repaired, at a local shop. I was not going to return the car, by flatbed($), to a shop that had done such a terrible job. Butttt the belts thrashing around had damaged an ECU cable so the car would not run. Back to the local shop. Finally got a call that the car was ready. But "did you know your tires are six years old?" This call was this past week, and it was the final straw. After years of trying to get the car back on the road, after the work of Ferrari Seattle, I find out my "new" tires are done. I wrote a long email to Ferrari Seattle and Eric Brickley was kind enough to give me a call. But, bottom line they are not going to do anything about years of bs because of their bs work. His argument was that tires they get in are often 2-3 years old and too bad if they installed them. And I should have returned my car to the shop right away, with any problems, so they could "stand by their work." My argument? Don't do terrible work the first time. You have been warned. Find a local Indy service place.
