This office offers the best print services! I needed help with a very large print job for a surprise personalized book that I wanted spiral bound. A manager at the store supported me and I got to leave with the most beautiful gift within an hour. I highly recommend this place!!!

Was told the city I wanted to send didn’t exist with the postal code and the closest was the next town over. Guy was super rude when I was trying to look it up myself since it’s a government agency in Canada with the address listed on their government website, I was confused on why it wouldn’t be right. He said there wasn’t anything he could do and couldn’t override it to be the right city. When I got home and tried the address through the fedex website it came up fine with the right city so he clearly did something wrong. Hopefully my documents will arrive to the correct address and I didn’t just waste $80 just because the front desk guy couldn’t bother accepting he made a mistake and enter the correct city.

I've been going to this store for about 2 years now. See the same guys and nothing ever changes, they're just unfriendly people. I'm over them. For the most part, I use the print and go service where I can print out my own posters and don't have to use the customer service.

They are fantastic when you are utilizing their self-service options. Customer service is abysmal.
For services I would receive at any other FedEx store, for some reason, this shop does not provide it.
I drive out of the city if I need FedEx assistance.

I had an exceptional experience with FedEx today, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Kelsinko. Despite having limited time, Kelsinko went above and beyond to print my photos with the exact quality I needed.
What stood out most was the dedication and effort Kelsinko put into getting the job done right. It’s clear that they don’t just do their job to get it done—they put in the extra effort to deliver the best results possible. I am incredibly grateful for their help and can’t thank Kelsinko enough for the remarkable service.
FedEx is fortunate to have someone like Kelsinko on their team!

I came in for a passport photo, and unfortunately, the assistant manager of this branch was unnecessarily rude. The official website states: “You’ll even have the option to approve your photo before it prints,” which clearly implies that customers should have the opportunity to ensure their photo meets their expectations—possibly requiring a retake. However, after I politely asked for just one (1!) additional photo, the assistant manager repeatedly made sarcastic remarks, implying that I was expecting a full photoshoot. This was both unprofessional and unnecessary.
It really doesn’t take much to be polite, especially when people are getting a photo that will represent them for the next 10 years. I hope he reads this and chooses to treat his next customer with more courtesy, or that his manager—or whoever oversees performance evaluations—takes note and encourages him to be more professional. A small effort in kindness goes a long way.

Rude, not helpful, we spent 200$ in copying and were there over an hour. Eyes were rolled when we asked for help with a printing issue. They were even worse when a bathroom was needed. Sent us to a non existent Starbucks with no bathroom available. Your customer service is as horrific as your lack of compassion. Be a human being next time please.

I wish the guy work as customer service (with mustache) could use a smile on customer when doing service for them not looking so dead in eyes and not having an abilities to work. I get it if you’re having a bad day at work so stay home dude. We want good energy people to work. Thanks!
