Just walked in for a quick drop off for my return. Guy that helped me was straight up laughing at my back when I was leaving. I dont know what was so funny. Not a good thing you do to customer. need to be more professional

I wish the guy work as customer service (with mustache) could use a smile on customer when doing service for them not looking so dead in eyes and not having an abilities to work. I get it if you’re having a bad day at work so stay home dude. We want good energy people to work. Thanks!

This has to be the most rudest and least helpful store staff. If being rude and unhelpful was an Olympic sport, these guys would be pole position for gold medal.

the average 3 year old has a better attitude than the guy who was working the counter on the afternoon of 3/4/24. either needs retraining on customer service, or to find a new job, because he's clearly unhappy and taking it out on customers. I would not return to this location based on the way I was treated for asking one question.

Customer service is unhelpful if you have any concern or questions about your package (and this is just my experience trying to get packaging services for a prepaid shipment, which has been a relatively easy process at other fedex locations I’ve been to)

Couldn't even get close in a car. It's surrounded by bus lanes. Nice pick FedEx. But then when I did find a parking spot it was impossible to pay for parking in anyway that made me fell safe walking away from my car. I would just close it down and move.

I used Fed/Ex for a package I tracked the package arrival time it said 10:00 to 2:10. Then it changed to 8:00 pm. I called customer service and told them the address was a P.O. Box. I was given the address to the Fed/Ex facility and was told I could pick it up the next day I drive 1 hour and 15 minutes and I’m not able to pick up the package. I paid for 3 day delivery and I’m getting standard delivery.

I didn’t expect this level of customer service when I randomly showed up in this fedex store. Victor is patient and professional, also friendly. Not only took care of me but also all other customers all by himself, amazing multi tasking skills.I offered to give a review just bcs of this smooth experience, tried to get his name, then he said he’s store manager, I was like no wonder ?
