They didn’t deliver the package so I had to go to the centre to pick it up. The staff was friendly.

Extreme additude was given when I was Inquireing about my packages and was told "we don't have 'em" and was offered no solution besides being told to contact the seller. The seller has the same problem of getting info on package delivery or location. Fedex has basically told me they lost the packages and to re-buy and try again.

I tried shipping out a product using a return label generated by Samsung for a trade-in program.
The lady behind the counter noted that electronics could not be sent via ground and must be sent via air-mail.
Not wanting waste time, I went to the FedEx Ship center down the street less than a mile away to get my products shipped.
At least one employee is incompetent or willingly lies to get out of work that they feel is beyond their scope.

I went to pick up a package and showed them my drivers license and they told me that because I live out of state I cannot have my package.
I am very sick and was having medicine delivered that has to be refrigerated. The FedEx driver didn’t even buzz the door or anything.
I had to drive 20 minutes away while sick, and then they told me I needed to produce a lease or some proof of residence. The fact I have the email and tracking info and that my state ID matches the name on the package is not enough?
I am staying with family. I travel between my homebase, NYC and Seattle and stay here for months at a time throughout the year.
So they’ve never heard of anyone staying for extended periods of time with friends or family and needing something delivered? Seriously?
You have to produce a lease to pick up a package these days? Never heard of anything like this at the post office or anywhere else. FedEx delivers a consistently horrible experience.

Drivers refuse to follow delivery instructions or make packages available for pickup. Impossible to call anyone except their overseas support.

I’m a bit of a procrastinator and the extended hours for FedEx Express on weekdays have saved me SOO many times.

Most of the time - I swear - they aren’t even trying to deliver the package. They just mark it as attempted preemptively.
There are so few pickup spots in Seattle - it makes it impossible to avoid the dance of trying to grab your package if you work business hours at all.
If you *do* go pick it up from the location - be prepared to wait because hoards of other people are having the same issues with drivers.
So - if for some god awful reason wherever you’re ordering from insists on sending through FedEx and you live somewhere that doesn’t have a remote buzzer door - good f luck.

The biggest thank you so my three ladies who helped me mail 18 boxes and two packages. They helped me create labels for each package with a smile, and navigated a long line of customers. Highly recommend coming here, you will receive exceptional support and customer service. Truly, thank you, Nora, Maria, and Regina!

Love this location. Fast and courteous, the people who work here also always help me find the most economical option to get my packages delivered.
