Went there in an emergency to send an overnight document. Tom was super helpful in figuring out the fastest and cheapest options. They ended up sending me to a different location due to a later cut off date. Really appreciated their customer service and helpfulness.

While helping us, Juls was friendly and engaging. After we told her that we were printing things for our friends birthday party she gave us great ideas which are definitely going to make the night better. This made an impact for us as we felt this was beyond what is typically expected with regard to customer service. Happily surprised.

Needed to just scan a QR and drop off, but had to drive to three locations. One here, they only one working computer and stuck behind slow customers while the 4 person staff just stood around.Can't fault the staff... But just a bad experience.

I don’t know about other location but those guys over here are the bestTom helped me a lot and was really patient about everything and answered all my questions I was trying to ship internationally but he gave me better idea and help me to pack thing up….Tom the best customer service ever.

Lisa helped me this evening with only 10 minutes until closed and she was simply wonderful. She was patient, kind, and helpful at the most annoying time a clueless customer could come into the store. She helped as well as flagged me down when I left my freaking wallet in the store.Props to you Lisa, and thank you for all of your kindness!

All the employees are polite, they deserve so much better. They are very helpful and try to save you money. I know FedEx does not pay anywhere near what they deserve.

The staff here have been extremely helpful TWO times in a row. They went above & beyond to help me with printing my package labels & ensuring my boxes were securely taped up. The staff are also very friendly.

Both employees on shift were extremely friendly! I’ve had awful experiences at UPS stores and I will be doing my business here from now on. I was made to feel welcome immediately and I didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience too. Thank you very much!

FedEx has no regard for a customer. Basically if your problem cannot be answered by the automated call, which is quite dumb, you can’t speak with a person. I cant help but believe that this is deliberate, and yet 99% of the problems that prompt one to call are not answerable by just a dumb prerecorded automated phone receiver. Deliverer came when I wasn’t home, they said they delivered the package and uploaded a low quality photo, when I got home within an hour the package was not there. I’m highly suspicious of the deliverer that they stole the package. Either that or the deliverer returned the package but indicated they delivered, but I don’t see why they would do that. Just as FedEx has no standards so do their employees, it seems.
