Went there because their next day cutoff was the latest (6pm for East Coast). Paulette helped me and was super friendly and kind. So rare to get such awesome customer service nowadays. Thank you, Paulette!

Wow, this place is really a small place but with a big heart, the person working there ( fairly a little bit of an aged old person, I didnt ask her name)was able to ship my stuff and I had a great experience.

Conveniently located close to the airport, plenty of free parking. Staff was super friendly and helpful ☺️ Shipped my parcel to Italy without any problems.

The phone directory assistance is terrible and despite acknowledging that I asked to speak with a real human at this location many times, wouldn't actually connect me to someone. FedEx if you're listening please fix your automated phone directory assistance. It's terrible.

Employee with a terrible attitude. I needed a box to ship two items. They went into my the back and found a beat up old box that was too small. When I questioned it, this person gave a shitty look and threw one of my parcels into the box to "prove" they were right. Well the second parcel didn't fit. At that point, I took my parcels and left.

FedEx has become the least customer friendly shipping company in the world and it’s not their front line workers either. It is staggering how bad fedex customer service is. And they are cutting jobs for cost savings as of May 2023. All I wanted to know is what is the latest drop off time for an overnight shipping and the solution fedex offers is to “call back at another time” because my answers aren’t acceptable by the automated answering system. It literally tells you to call back another time because it can’t help you. Making an attempt to call FedEx is highly discouraged, even from employees. Sad to see a once amazing company floundering so badly and it’s 100% from the corporate actions of the company.

I don't appreciate when people use faul language and then be transparent that they don't care who then when someone else who impersonation another person will walk out and steal other people's package then when name is fraudulent and they are impersonating another person and sign the papers and claim as then there someone who's true identity is compermised

I question the training of the delivery drivers of FedEx. They either don’t even attempt, stating that I wasn’t home, though I’ve been home all day when I expect packages to be delivered. Or they leave my package outside the apartment building for it to be stolen, which has happened multiple times now. I’m severely frustrated with my experience with FedEx shipping.
