This was my first visit to this FedEx location, and while I’ve generally had positive experiences with FedEx, this one was disappointing. I went in to ship a package and laminate a few posters. The lamination is self-service, but the prices are the same as other places where staff handle it for you. There were two employees on duty; one of them was quite unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for assistance with the lamination process, simply shrugging and returning to his work. Fortunately, the other employee stepped in to help.
Overall, the customer service here was lacking—cold and unfriendly. I wouldn’t choose to come back to this location.

Worst experience of shipping, for two times. The employee was so rude and he treats customers unequally. He wasted the time because he put the incorrect information, even if he entered the information with my phone at his hand directly. And he turned out to say sorry to other customers like I was the one who delayed the process. Never go to this store if you have other choices.

Sat on hold for 15 minutes to ask if I can ship a package to Canada. Hung up, called again, placed on hold for another 10 min. Decided to take a risk and get a $20 Uber only to find out no, they can't ship to Canada from that location. What a frickin' waste.

I recently visited this FedEx to return a laptop for my internship and had an unpleasant experience with Ryan, who was extremely unhelpful and appeared annoyed by my inexperience with shipping. The woman ahead of me in line even gave me a warning look before I interacted with him. However, when my boyfriend arrived to help, Ryan's attitude completely changed, and he suddenly became friendly and helpful. It's disappointing that employees like Ryan treat customers unequally in this day and age. The disrespect I encountered from him was astonishing, especially since the other employees seemed to genuinely care about their jobs and didn't let a misogynistic attitude affect their work ethic.

I regret to report that my experience with FedEx at 910 lenora street ,suite 172, seattle, 98121, was nothing short of abysmal. Not only were the staff uninformed about their own locations, but they exhibited a complete lack of competence in assisting customers. Their inability to provide basic information and their apparent disinterest in helping customers reflects poorly on the professionalism of FedEx as a whole. I am deeply disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
All I wanted to know is where I could obtain a FedEx padded envelope, a seemingly straightforward query that should have been easily addressed by knowledgeable staff. However the staff person was not even ready to call at any other location to find it out if it was available(which shows his lazy behavior), though he confidently said , it is guaranteed available at Queen ane location of fedex, which was incorrect and I found after walking for 35 minutes. This incompetence and disrespect displayed during my interaction with this location left me deeply dissatisfied and compelled to seek services elsewhere.
Furthermore, my attempt to seek assistance via phone with this same location was met with frustration as I was kept on hold for an excruciating 25 minutes. Upon finally connecting with a staff member, I was met with dismissiveness and disrespect as they abruptly ended the call, stating they were unable to assist. Such behavior is utterly disrespectful and indicative of a profound disregard for customer satisfaction.

The staff is totally unreasonable and overworked, the physical location is great; the trolley dropped me off on Terry and I did not have to climb any hills on foot, alternately I walked back, a pleasant walk in one of Seattle's nice downtown neighborhoods called South Lake Union or SLU. They are open later than the one up the street but do not have staff for it. It was a poor experience that I had and the guy was dishonest. I was so disappointed and I am now lowering by another star because I went to a different location and received great service with a competent employee who appeared to respect and dignify me. The man here was acting radical and his apology at the end was too late. The product I bought is also poor quality thanks to his work and I will be throwing it away, I went to a different FedEx now and paid again.

Professional and friendly staff. I wanted to send this big package as soon as possible, and the staff at the counter answered my questions patiently. The package arrived on time safely.

Often closes early for apparently no reason (like today). Staff is inside but "Store closed" signs are on the door and they won't let folks in. Definitely unfortunate when driving over just to ship something.
