Horrendous service here. Came in for a critical sign we needed w/ a quick turnaround. Gentleman helping me could care less and went out of his way to provide as minimal help as possible. Let us know a turnaround time of 24 hours on all signs. I said I understood can we just get the text “storage” printed on thickest cardstock and we’ll cut it. He proceeded to print it on standard printer paper and pretty much said good luck. Absolutely trash

Staff couldn’t care less. Impossible to print a single 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper, black and white. Stay away.

Very helpful. I needed an in-between sized poster and they cut it to size for me! Looked far more professional than I could've done myself with a pair of scissors! Just what I needed!

Nice staff, opened right at 9am. They don't do flat rate shipping at this location, costed about $60 to ship a large box weighing 24 pounds (probably about 20 books). A bit steep but seems like it's about as good as it gets in this area of hotels.

Excessively expensive.
They wanted to charge me $186 to print a (very large) poster that I got elsewhere for $47.
But the worker was nice to me and obviously not to blame for the prices.

Brad was SO helpful and knowledgeable when printing out a booklet i made for a friend. I was originally going to make a crude version of a booklet with the printed pages, but Brad knew how to make it an actual booklet and also helped with cutting off the extra white parts. Saved me so much time!!

This Fedex branch was a total letdown. The staff there couldn't care less about helping out customers like me.I was the only one in line, but still had to wait for like 5 minutes before anyone bothered to help me. There were 3 dudes behind the counter and they barely acknowledged my existence.I just needed a shipping label. The guy at the counter told me to use their computers. There were these groups of people hogging the computer seats but not actually using the computers, but the guy didn't even bother telling them to move.So, I had to whip out my phone to generate the shipping label, which was such a pain. And the dude who told me to use the computer didn't offer any help when I had questions about the website.All in all, that Fedex branch was a total fail.

Need photos for my passport renew and this fedex is just professional! I took photo from fedex in Ballard but the photos ended up being rejected due to background color and face size issue. The fedex in convention center has the way to choose “which country passport you need” and they will ensure the photo meets each country’s standard.

I needed a package delivered to my house today. There were people here to accept and sign for the package. FedEx said that they could not find my home, which I have lived at for over a year and have received many packages at. My overnight express package will be delivered on Monday, if I am lucky.

This office is scam! They charge $10 per package to drop off. Do not got here, go to the one a block away.
