Store was randomly closed with no notice for "lunch" at 4pm on a Sunday, two hours before they're set to close. I came all this way for this major inconvenience. Other reviews also state that the store closes arbitrarily.

Package was delivered three days late and they won’t give a refund for overnight shipping. Was hung up on by customer service. Total rip off.

Absolute rudest Fedex in town. Go ANYWHERE else. Talking to the manager doesn't help because she's also a jerk, unfortunately, who takes an adversarial attitude towards everyone. She also loves talking to customers like they're children she's disciplining, which is gross. And she raises her voice at people struggling with English, like they have a hearing problem. Absolutely unprofessional.The only people they're semi-nice to are the ones they find attractive. Otherwise it's robot NPC attitude or making you feel rushed and uncomfortable on purpose, absolutely no reassuring or kind words, ever, even when they make mistakes, and forget about making any casual conversation. They just hate people, pure and simple. Especially if you need any extra help. The one who looks like Darlene from Roseanne is the worst.We get that you're in a high-traffic neighborhood. That's all the more reason to be friendly and kind to people.Please, please put this store under new management with a new team. The toxicity is beyond saving.

Quite possible the worst customer service & rudest employees I have ever, ever had to deal with. They tell you one thing and do another. They make the simple process of trying to get a package unobtainable. FedEx should really look at the quality of staff at this location and make a serious assessment.

The incompetency of these people! I have an overnight package being delivered. There was a storm in Memphis (understandable) and got to Seattle the day after. They supposedly tried to deliver and no call has been made on the callbox to try to deliver anything. I call to pick it up myself at this store when the truck comes back but somehow now the package goes back on Monday (it's Friday). I will never use this service again. Vile.

I got to the location before the location was closed. The staff ask me to wait till he’s done printing labels and moving boxes. I waited for a good while. Then he scans the return code and says it didn’t work. I ask him if I could regenerate a code on the spot on my phone and he tell me I have to go back because they’re closed. The store closed while I was waiting for him to get things done. Thanks.

Came in with an urgent shipping issue on a Monday night shortly before closing. Chip was extremely helpful and professional making sure this got taken care of. Highly recommend this location and shout out to Chip’s stellar customer service.

Others have bad experience with this store but I was able to get what I needed. My only suggestions would be clearer info on how you get a print code and how to print. It comes from email when you email pdf documents attachments. Where are those documents secured? Also it defaults to color printing even if you don't want that. Ended up overpaying. Processes need to be fixed.

Rude staff, incompetent management and drivers who don't deliver packages. I ordered three packages. The first one was delivered right to my front door. The other two were dropped off at this FedEx location and I got a text saying that I had 5 days to pick them up before they sent them back to the shipper. When I went down to the store the girl behind the counter was super rude and unapologetic. She said the drivers just drop packages off there all the time and don't give a reason why. I could either take my packages and walk them six blocks home or she would send them back. She let me know if I had an issue to call customer service. I called customer service and found out the packages are only supposed to be marked for will call at these locations by either the customer or the shipper. Neither I or the shipper authorized pickup at this location. After walking my first package home six blocks I went back for my second package where I was met by an incompetent manager. She apologized and explained that drivers just dropped things off there. They don't have to give a reason why, nobody asks them why, they just do and she's okay with it. She's okay with making people walk their packages home. Honestly besides maybe writing the schedule I don't know what she manages if drivers can just drop packages off all day without reason. I've been a delivery driver for over a decade and I've never once worked in a place where it was okay to just not deliver stuff. I've talked with several other people that live in the area, and they have had the same experience. Packages don't get delivered they get dropped off here and the rude staff gives you the option to walk it home or send it back. For a delivery company this is completely unacceptable. If this is the way they treat their customers and they're fine with it I will no longer be using FedEx. I will gladly drive out of the area for any print jobs that I need. And I wish I remembered the name of the girl who first greeted me at the counter cuz she should never ever talk to customers. If you need to get something shipped there's a UPS store right down the road, you'll probably have a much better experience
