I got tracking updates for my package saying it got delivered to this specific location which is why I called here to check on my delivery. The guy that received my call couldn't locate my package and said "they never tell you the location where the package is at" with a very condescending tone. Why would I waste my time calling random fedex locations. I was asking him how do I get more information about my package, to which he kept saying "I don't know". I was in the middle of speaking when he said "If you keep talking over me, I will not be able to help you" and cut the call. I was talking and he spoke over me so that caught me by surprise. He had such an ugly attitude, uughhh puke!!

This place sucks. Came here once recently to pick up a shipment and they only gave me 1 of 2 packages. Came back again on a Saturday when they were supposed to be open and it was still closed.

I never leave negative reviews, especially in 2020....I know this year is hard. I tried very hard to be cheerful and engage the staff here. I found them not only unhelpful but even rude. They kept telling me I should have gone to the post office, when I purposefully came here for various reasons, part being told I would get faster service. I shipped over $200 worth of stuff and they didn't offer me a receipt or tracking number, acted like I was an inconvenience and when I called in and came back to get a receipt they were again curt. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Specifically the guy with the greasy hair and glasses that is always here is SO rude. I've been in here many times as I work for a small business and we ship everything via FedEx. The man described always gives me attitude unnecessarily, and he also vey clearly has a staring problem which is super uncomfortable. I've worked customer service my entire life and know how draining it can be, but this is next level. Because of this guy, my small business will be making the switch over to UPS completely from now own.
