DO NOT ship your stuff to this Safeway store FedEX pickup place to be picked up especially during holidays. I had a package sent there and they REFUSED IT yet they are an official FedEx drop off place. Why did they refuse it? I called them and they are just overwhelmed with all the packages they are getting and they just don't have room to hold them. WHY ARE YOU AN OFFICIAL FEDEX PICKUP if you can not handle the job? When they refused it the package was sent all the way back east. The original company is trying to re-route it but now it looks like another week of waiting for it to go a place only a mile away. FedEx dropped the ball by setting up these places that can't handle the job. The shipment was already a few days late as it it was order 11 days prior and they kept pushing back the delivery date. Now it looks like maybe it will be here in a week. Not professional FedEx. Plus when i called FedEx a lady had no idea what was going on and was yelling at her children the entire time we were on the phone. I know it is COVID but that was really unprofessional as well.
