Terrible attitude from one of the staff members here. The guy with gray hair clearly doesn’t not seem to enjoy his work. I had to leave the store and buy online. Nice work dude!!

The first time I visited the store, the sales associates were lovely and helpful, and I liked my purchases.
On my second visit to the store I was not greeted and the young associates just stood there chatting and laughing. I got nonchalant answers to my questions. E.g. Do you have these in other sizes? Um…I don’t think so.
I found a top but decided not to spend my money there. I went across to Marine Layer and bought an outfit there instead. I might try Faherty again at some point.

I ordered a few items online, and in the order confirmation one of them was incorrect (I double checked the cart/checkout beforehand). I promptly contacted customer service but they declined to help resolve the issue, even though I was ready to purchase more items. Have had better experiences elsewhere.

Such a great shopping experience. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they helped me find items that made me feel good about myself (after having a baby recently, this is important!). And they gave me a glass of wine while I shopped. Their clothes aren’t cheap, but you get what you pay for with fast fashion. The materials here are soft and sturdy, and I have no doubt these items will last.

Great service, complimentary beverage while shopping. $100 t shirts feel a bit much. $200 for most regular items, so he prepared to spend. Softest material I've ever experienced.

Fantastic and enthusiastic service by the associate that helped me. She was helpful and insightful in recommending things for myself and for gifts for my wife. They have a good variety of clothing for such a small store.
