i didn’t end up purchasing my car here, but the dealership experience was nice. i was easily able to schedule an appointment with ali (who was super friendly and knowledgeable!) and test drive the car i was looking at :)

I worked with Ali who was very knowledgeable about cars in general, but really knew everything about the cars on his lot. Very friendly, easy to talk with. I did buy a prius from him . Not your typical use car salesman.

The initial experience with EZ deals auto was great, unfortunately the car only lasted 5 months before it needed major repairs and now I have to pay over 9,000 to get it fixed. I was under the impression the warranty given was being transferred from bmw itself but it’s an aftermarket that is known to be a scam so that’s another $5,000 down the drain?

I had a great experience with EZ Deals all the way from Michigan. Ali was very honest, attentive, and helpful throughout the whole process. From answering questions to sending paperwork to arranging shipping. He even sent me videos of specific things I wanted to test about the car. He also resolved a small issue I had after the sale. It was a good deal too. 10/10!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE JERKS!!!
Sold me a Nissan Juke that had a really bad gas tank leak that they did not disclose. Cost me around 1k to fix.
Most importantly, I have been waiting for my plates to arrive for almost 3 months now and when I reached out originally they assured me it was a DMV issue. After months of reaching out, they finally were honest and let me know that No they do not have the title from the owner they bought it from. This has been such a bad experience and I would never work with them.

Do not recommend
They will tell you everything is fine when it's not. Either they do not inspect the car or just lie to you. I was told all new tires and they were not they were actually 8 years old...
Sold me the car with an empty tank of gas
Told me they would make right on the "miss information and asked if I would change my negative review" but they never did so reposting 1 star. Please don't call me to change again. If you do what you said you would do I'll change it.
I would recommend buying from Facebook marketplace. They sold me a Prius for 2 k more than I see on FB, Better deals with equal risk.
If you do decide to buy from them get a third party inspection.... I found a lot wrong when I took it in for routine maintenance.... My mistake for not doing this before purchasing.

These guys are upfront and honest about what they sell and offer the Carfax on everything. This was the first place I went to when looking for a replacement car. I looked at 20+ other cars and ended up back at EZ Deals because they actually go through the whole car and check things, fix them, and replace fluids and etc. They had what I was looking for at a great price and I've been extremely happy working with them and my purchase.

Ended up not buying a car there as it sold while I was inspecting it. Regardless, I had a very pleasurable experience with Ali and his father while at the dealership. Will definitely go back to make a purchase if I see a car in their inventory that I'm interested in.
