Katelynn is amazing. She does a beautiful job of coloring my roots and now she cuts my hair. I used to go to her for hair color and my previous hairdresser for a haircut, but when I had my car accident I needed to to be able to go to one place for both, and to a salon that was closer to where I live because I couldn't drive. Katelynn made her schedule work so that I could get a color and haircut. I have curly har but she gives me a blowout and my hair always looks amazing when I leave. The salon is small but comfortable, and I enjoy sitting under the dryer and reading magazines.

Tova is a true professional, attentive and willing to offer advice and take the time to research hair styles and colors to best suit you. It's been years of disappointing high end salons. I am so grateful and happy to have finally found Tova and her organic salon. A real gem!!

I go here to see katelynn for hairprint. Love the vibe of this salon- organic, cruelty free and minimal chemicals.They are the sweetest folks. I know most salon reviews say that about their stylists but these folks really aren’t about pushing products/ services. They don’t overbook, make sure each client is well looked after, are always positive and happy to chat or leave you to your book if you prefer. I always get their locally made kombucha when offered a drink.The hairprint service itself is great for folks allergic to chemicals/ ppd/ dyes etc. organic doesn’t always mean its going to not have a reaction. So far, hairprint has been the answer to my greys!

Love what the studio stands for and the use of all organic hair products/treatments. Jeska is super talented and knows how to make a game plan when it comes to your own goals and what's doable. She communicates and is very transparent about different options and results which I really appreciate. Katelynn is very kind, detail oriented, and also incredibly talented. Overall love the vibe and how I can walk in and pick up conversations that were months ago.

Been here a few times in the last 18 months mainly for their hairprint hair coloring service. Katelyn is a very professional and talented stylist, puts a ton of effort into research, will go out of her way to find answers if she doesn't have it already and just talented. The salon is great carries clean products, parking is in the street but easy to find.

I’m new to the Seattle area and had been looking for a salon. One day, I walked by Evolve by chance and knew it was my new spot. I made an appointment with Jeska and she killed it. My hair was three months overdue, but she listened to what I wanted, showed pics to better the understanding, then worked her magic. I haven’t been this satisfied with a cut in some time.

I recently had an appointment for hair color and cut with Katelynn who I have gone to several times. I really appreciate Katelynn's gentle and nurturing style. She always takes the time to listen to me and find solutions to my myriad of hair issues. She did a another great job with my color/foil and cut! In addition, I love the organic products they use at the salon. I am chemically sensitive, so going here is a lifesaver for me. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a safe and natural alternative to traditional hair salons.

I highly recommend Karen Polanchek at Evolve Organic Salon. Karen has been doing my hair for years and consistently does an excellent job. She is great with cuts and color. When I was ready to stop coloring my hair and let my gray grow out, she helped me through that transition and was so supportive. I always look forward to seeing her and our chats while she cuts my hair. I regularly get compliments on my hair which I attribute to her work. I am also a fan of the salon. They use organic products which my scalp appreciates and which means there isn't that awful ammonia smell that so many other salons have. I enjoy Evolve's rotating art, their warm, friendly vibe, and how easy it is to find street parking nearby. I also like that I can book my appointments online.

I've never written a yelp review but Karen is so amazing, I had to do it. I went to Evolve for the first time and saw Karen a mere handful of days before leaving the country for a big work trip. Risky! But my hair cut was amazing, Karen was a delight, and I love the space. I have a lot of very fine but curly hair and Karen gave me a cut that actually works both straight and curly. I'll be going back and recommending this place!
