The customer service is truly awful. Extremely pushy but somehow not helpful at all? It was a night and day difference going to REI after this. The guys at REI were fantastic. I wouldn’t recommend Evo at all! The bike shop guys at evo were truly so bad I couldn’t believe it

Wife and I came in for ski boots and fitting, and ended up leaving with full new ski setup with boots, bindings, and skis. Worked with Ellis and he was incredible, helped us find the perfect fit, super knowledgeable, and great guy. Shop all around is a great spot!

A store fiasco, I called specifically to see if they had children's bicycle clothing and they answered yes, I crossed all of Seattle to come and realize that they have absolutely nothing, and their answer was the season is over so we don't have many things.
If it is a specialized bicycle store, the minimum is that it has clothing and accessories for this sport all year round.

Manager was rude and can't do math. Check pictures attached.
I had a reservation however they charged me the wrong amount at the store. The guy setting up my bike assured me that he'd fix it while I was off riding.
Few days later I see my credit card statement and they haven't fixed it. I call Evo, get transferred 3 times, and finally talk to the manager who assumes it's my problem that THEIR hodge podge system gives the wrong price as a receipt.
After 45MINUTES of doing math back and forth with the manager he finally admits the mistake and refunds it correctly.
Lastly, the Bronson was smooth and a great bike overall.

Came in with my boyfriend today to get our first ski gear. Andrew provided exceptional service in helping us find the perfect ski gear. His expertise ensured that we find the perfect fit for the ski boots, as well as the best value for our money. We spent over two hours in the store, and he was incredibly patient and attentive the entire time. Thanks Andrew!

I rended a size small road bike as someone 5' 6", 29-30 inseam. It ended up being a carbon frame, shimano 105 scott addict with 32 mm tires. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the bike, as well as them being willing to install my pedals and computer mount. It fit well if just a higher stack height than my personal bike. But that actually was nice for being able to take in the views. I think the price is quite reasonable for such a good rental.

I worked with Matt at the service shop to build my new custom titanium hardtail mountain bike and he was excellent to work with. I brought the new frame and he helped me pick out all the parts, describing my options in detail. It ended up turning into a build that I absolutely love and I could not have done it without him. Highly professional team that works here and I strongly suggest them for all your mountain bike needs!

Overcoming the Snowboarding Boot Challenge with Jess's Expert Help at EVO! After a long journey from my early snowboarding days at age 20 to now at 45, I finally found comfort on the slopes, all thanks to Jess at EVO! Dealing with wide feet has always made finding the right snowboarding boots a struggle, often forcing me into sizes too large just to accommodate the width, which led to other fit issues like heel movement. Jess was a game changer. She recommended Burton Photon boots in a size 11 wide. Initially skeptical, I trusted her expertise. Jess meticulously heated the boots while using expander cushions to ensure a precise mold to my feet's shape. The process took some patience—about 10 minutes of discomfort as the boots adapted—but it was worth every second. The result was nothing short of miraculous: a perfect fit that had me dancing with joy at EVO! Not only did Jess help solve my boot problem, but she also assisted me in selecting a fantastic new snowboard. Huge thanks to Jess for transforming my snowboarding experience!
