They know what they're talking about and selling. They consistently provide me with exactly what I need. You won't find these gentlemen passing off generic parts as OEM.Buying directly from a local business means you not only support the local economy, but you have peace of mind knowing you purchased a genuine part. A few years ago, in a pinch, I purchased a cage wheel online. Within 24 hours the supposedly OEM plastic cage wheel spontaneously destroyed itself, taking out the sail switch and littering the furnace and ducts with shrapnel. Upon closer inspection the cage wheel was not OEM - void of manufacturer information.I would love to see this independent family run shop and retail space returned to what it was before online competition gutted their local market.Everything I've purchased so far has cost me less than buying a mystery product online. Unlike the corporations who've bought out local shops and inflated prices, these fine folks do not inflate their prices. Which is why, in my experience, their authentic parts have been cheaper than online and chain dealership parts departments.Indeed their hours are not convenient for all. The reason is simply, their operations had to be scaled back to remain competitive without raising prices to keep the part store open longer hours with hired staff. I would love to see this shop so busy they have no choice but to hire staff and reopen the big beautiful main floor retain space again.Thank you gentlemen for all of your assistance and quality parts and services.Cheers!Cameron

They have kept my 21 year old Chinook fully functional for many years. All the work by the mechanic (Jeff, I think) has been of the highest quality. And in spite of me being a very experienced electrical engineer, Jeff found the problems I couldn't diagnose. Like when a spider made their nest in the water heater burner. Who would have thought? And fixing older vehicles is all about finding the parts. Yet they got it exactly right when the plenum under the windshield cracked. I'm finally about to get a new RV, but I know I'll miss my comfy, fast, and, with their care, reliable Chinook with it's big block 8.1 liter engine.

Don’t waste your time with people who don’t value their customers. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago and tried to drop my RV off this morning. The technician, Nick, was rude and annoyed with every interaction from when we got the initial estimate up until I left this morning. Even the people on the phones have been rude. When I asked to show him something in the van so we are all on the same page before I left, he yelled back “I don’t have time for this” and when I asked why they treat customers like this he replied “you can just leave”. So I did. I don’t want someone this rude and angry to work on my expensive RV if they don’t value their customers. Tacoma RV has much better customer service, I’m going with them and recommend you do as well.

This place is a total joke. There should have been a sign that said run don't walk unless you want them to treat you like crap. From the minute we walked into the place you knew there attitude was so bad you wonder why anyone would do business with them. It was like sorry you had to get up today and go to work go ahead and take it out on me the customer if it'll make you happier. In my 70 years I've never seen a business treat people like these people do.

I went against my better judgement and scheduled an appointment with Nick even after his rude interaction with me during the initial estimate and on the phone. This is a family operated business that has no respect or value for their customers. When I asked him this morning to look at something with me in my RV before I left him with the keys in an attempt to be on the same page for the work that was about to be done, he yelled at me, "I don't have time for this". Then when I asked why he was so rude to his customers, he said, "you can just leave". So I did. Don't waste your time or leave your expensive RV with miserable, angry, burnt out people like Nick. You are better off taking your camper to a reputable company like Tacoma RV who care about their customers and value business relationships.

Nick is an amazing mechanic and a straight shooter. He found something multiple dealerships didn’t even look for and was really honest and upfront with us on why we kept having the problems we were having with our RV. We would trust him over anyone else and we were so grateful we found him. The hour+ drive was well worth it. I agree the phone skills of the office could use some improvement, however, I didn’t call to make friends with them. I called to get our RV fixed and they were the only ones with the knowledge and integrity to do so.

FLAT OUT LIED TO ME ON THE PHONE... I called and asked if they had a dump station very politely. He said no. I said do you know if one in the area. He said no. Only on the freeways. The freeway one at a rest stop in the area was shut down, permanently possibly. I had a feeling by how he replied to me, he was lying, so I looked on a satellite photo and sure enough saw the dump station. LIAR ! So since it was the closest and I needed to dump my class B badly as it was already backed up to the brim I went there hoping it was working, but also hoping this guy just said no as it had been shut down for repairs, so he wouldn't be a liar. Nope. Perfectly working. So I could have totally dumped free and left as no one was watching and I saw no cameras, but I did the courteous thing and went in to ask. I have never had to pay just to dump anywhere and I always got something in the deal. I always find places that don't charge or I have a membership, or I needed to buy something and they let me use the dump free. I have never paid to just dump since I started RVIng in 2010. Frankly, dumping and fresh clean potable water should be a public courtesy for RVs everywhere like air pumps in some states are. So I went in and asked if I could use the dump and he said $6 CASH. And I wanted to say, then why did you lie to me on the phone, but I needed to dump and didn't want to get kicked out. So, I said any chance I can buy something in the store for more than $6, maybe even $20, and I can use the dump free ? I would sooner do that then pay for a hole in the ground. And wouldn't a business want more money than less ? You'd think. He says Nope $6 cash for everyone no matter if they are customers or not. I normally would have pushed the issue, but it wasn't worth the trouble. So I broke my 13 year RVing record of never paying to dump and paid him. And he even seemed bothered when I had to go into my wallet twice as I only pulled out a $5 bill the first time. Sorry to inconvenience you. Seriously ?! But I will tell you this, my RV could die on the road in front of his shop and I would pay to have it towed far away, sooner than give this place one penny more of business. And I agree with a previous review that said, he had to put his customers in their place. That's exactly how it felt despite my calm polite demeanor. And before you say $6 is cheap to dump, I must remind you if I had to pay $6 to dump my tiny little 13 gallon tank everyday which is what it is in a tiny class B if you take a military shower for two people and use the toilet and sinks sparingly, I would be paying nearly $2,000 a year going full time. So no it's NOT cheap.

Well all you haters finally got your wish,I was looking forward to meeting the wicked witch of North Seattle but my quest was not meant to be, the store is no more. If you did have a grim encounter with her...consider yourselves lucky to have been so blessed. Put another way there is now an opening for a friendly rv supplier for Aurora Ave.
