LOOK NO FURTHER - Eugenius should be your #1 resource for IT services!!Shawn was absolutely fantastic and knocked it out of the park for us!!! We discussed the issues I was experiencing and what was I looking to accomplish, he made recommendations and put together a plan for me, then executed quickly and easily without hassle. Worth every penny.He was easy to communicate with, super organized, prompt, and great to work with. Highly, highly recommend to others - I plan on using Shawn again whenever I need IT help!

Eugenius (Shawn) installed a new Router, Modem, Wireless printer, and linked all of my many/varied devices to the new Wi-Fi address. He evaluated my internet & home network security status, and optimized this quickly, competently & efficiently. Great customer service & pleasant to work with - I highly recommend Eugenius.

I am giving a five-star review to Shawn who installed my new cable modem and WIFI router. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained the process to me. Shawn was engaging and patient as he worked through some comcast issues. The installation process went smoothly and I am now enjoying faster and more reliable internet service. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone who needs help with their internet connection. I was very impressed with the Shawn’s performance and will call him again when I need home networking expertise.

I contacted Shawn for a home networking issue that was way beneath his acumen. He was generous enough to spend about an hour of his time helping out. Shawn is charming, fast on his feet, and extremely communicative. I couldn't recommend his services highly enough.

We’ve worked with Eugenius for several years and appreciate their approach, manner, and knowledge. They are consistently very responsive and they really know their stuff from a technical perspective. Less common, they are excellent at follow through and making sure that issues are resolved and don’t fall through the cracks. The Eugenius staff is personable and provides skilled support through email communications, but they also don’t hesitate to jump on a call and work through the trickier scenarios. We’re glad to recommend them for any of your IT needs!

I have been very pleased with Shawn G's responsiveness and skill. Without any previous experience, Shawn responded same day to my query for help. He helped set up my network and fix Outlook. He was very pleasant to work with, and followed up with me about how everything was working. I look forward to working with Shawn in the future.

Shawn responded within minutes, knew what he was talking about and was able to troubleshoot my network issue via text messages using blurry photos. Same energy as "Tony Stark built this in a cave! With a box of scraps!" I'd highly recommend Eugenius for all your networking woes.

QUICK, EFFICIENT, RELIABLE and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE~Shawn was spectacular, he was able to get what I wanted done quickly. As a small business owner I am looking at ways to streamline my business structure and that includes IT. I just posted this on Yelp, but wanted to make sure it came through on Google Reviews as well. Shawn saved my bacon! I have a big meeting that's coming up and we are required to use MSFT's Teams for the presentation. For whatever reason several other meeting platforms (e.g. WebEx) connected and worked fine, but Teams did not. I saw Shawn's reviews on Yelp and decided to call him over the Squad and others. I'm so glad I did - his service was exceptional and it was a tremendous value. He worked remotely and got my laptop set-up to ensure that Teams is now coming through crystal clear. Eugenius is worth putting on your list of 'In case of emergency' phone numbers when it comes to internet connectivity. I'm planning on using him again to upgrade my router.
