Definitely would rate ZERO stars, if available! We were visiting Seattle and our rental car broke down in February 2024. We called Enterprise's help line for assistance with the rental during our trip and were told a tow truck would be dispatched to pick-up the car and a ride share would be provided to take us to the nearest Enterprise location to get a replacement vehicle. When we contacted THIS location (on 35th Ave), we were told that it was OUR problem to find a replacement car. The woman (Jen) who answered the phone said she was the only one there, had no cars and refused to help us! She was extremely rude and told us to go to another location or SEA airport to get a car. We called another location (downtown) and spoke with a very helpful employee, who stated it is policy for Enterprise to provide another rental in our case. Ryan was apologetic and escalated our issue to a regional manager for resolution. The 35th Ave location finally sent an employee to pick us up to another location to finally get a replacement vehicle. The woman who gave us the car was very rude and said that she knows all about our situation and that she was ready for us. We finally got a replacement vehicle (not AWD, as we had rented and wanted). We have never had a problem with Enterprise before and were disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location. We wasted a total of 4 hours for this problem to be resolved. We do NOT recommend using the location on 35th Ave, as they provided NO customer service when we were stranded with a broken down rental car.

Used this enterprise for the first time because my local one didn't have what I wanted. This was my best decision ever. The employees are helpful, efficient, and professional. The branch manager knows what she is doing. Great job!

This is my local agent and the service is fantastic!I was helped by both Michael and Jacob and both were friendly, polite, and did a great job of getting me checked in and out efficiently with my rental car.I can highly recommend this enterprise agency.

They charged me for 3 tickets without even showing me the actual ticket. One stated I got a parking ticket on a day that the car was parked at my home for the entire day and never moved. Literally not possible to get a parking ticket that way. I will never rent from here again. They will fleece you.

This is the local Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I happened to return my car here after picking it up last weekend at the Seattle airport. Enterprise overall has been a respectable car rental agency for me the last few years. This location as you can see is quite small but the staff is very attentive and friendly. Inside looks very professional and organized.

The staff today was extremely nice and professional. Didn't get their names, but the girl who checked me in and the guy who checked me out were both very friendly and accommodating.

customer service is great. They usually have inventory when I've tried to make a reservation. Wish they were open at 7am or weekends like other locations would be much more convenient.

Nice and Professional people like Matthew is going places❤️. However I didn't get offered a ride in or after the rental. The car cleaner guy could have done this if he was dressed appropriately like a suit underneath the work onesie so he looks like he cares about his job and the customers; his job is so IMPORTANT to your image and reputation and he don't even realize it ? he was sitting on his butt, like he hasn't taken a bath in days looking right at me and ignored me when I spoke(x2) unacceptable! The Owners should actually hire someone with customer service skills as #1 priority!!! They also say "all rental companies charge a deposit"...well that is untrue: Zipcar does not and their full insurance is only $12.40 However they have unacceptable issues too and that is why I chose enterprise this round ? I have yet to find a rental car company that cares about their reputation.
