I stayed at the Embassy Suites mainly because it was across the street from Amtrak. I stayed twice in a week, separated by a train trip to Vancouver, BC. I received the same corner room both times. The view was fantastic!!!

“Busy day so we need a good breakfast.”
“Holy cow, this omelette looks great!”
Great view by day…
…and by night.
Ideally located, ESPECIALLY if you’re going to a Seahawks or Mariners game as they’re just past the parking lot, to central Seattle. Easy walking distance to Pioneer Square, Pike Place Market and the waterfront.
Service is great; Paul behind the bar, Cara at the front desk and Carson managing things were all super and made sure we had a great stay.

Great location, rooms are nicely furnished but feel narrow. I didn't have much of a view but it was a work trip. Check-in desk staff was nice and helpful but the check outs were slow. I heard their restaurant is nice but I didn't have time to try it out. Breakfast was very good and complimentary!

Great view and location!
Hot tub was pretty gross though with floating skin and hair clumps. Broken shower handle repair requested but never fixed. Requested additional chairs for the room 3 times, and received two tall bar stools and hours later one chair. Our family sat on suitcases and ottomans for dinner in the room for 3 nights. We also requested a high chair for the room but it was never provided. We requested a crib at check-in but it was never provided either. Only 2 cups and no silverware in the kitchenette. Overall a disappointing experience.

Incapable staff that has absolutely no clear direction within their team. I had a unique check-in obstacle, and without getting into the details, it went against hotel policy. While I fully understood this and ended up booking a new room, the staff handled it terribly. The team would run to ask their manager questions, who never even had the courtesy of speaking with me personally, despite the troubling circumstances. He stood next to me at the desk, in the lobby, and in passing throughout my stay and chose to have his team deal with it instead. A simple, "Sorry this has happened, we wish there was more we could do." would've helped. Guess some egos are just too big for that. I was told different things by two different people, and went back and forth for hours in the lobby, unsure of my options. The team member, Rosalind, wouldn't even look me in the eye when deferring her managers nonsense. Have some respect for your loyal guests, maybe? The team obviously knew the situation was being handled poorly. The manager prides himself on the consistency of upholding policies, clearly. Yet, in addition to being pointed in different directions for my stay, I was also told some amenities would be available at times they were not and missed them because of unsure team members. Super comical that the team prides themselves on "hotel policy" but couldn't have shown more anti-Hilton behaviors. Also, maybe consider focusing on ALL of your policies, Ben, not just the ones that make you money. Our room has blood on the drapes and carpet, and the rest of it was disgusting as well. And yes, I will absolutely show you pictures. The wifi was down half of our stay. Gotta love that world class service, woohoo! After staying at hundreds of Hiltons across the world, it's safe to say this was the worst guest relations and housekeeping team I've ever experienced.

One of the best Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at. Great location, there’s a lot of street parking close to the hotel. The train station is a 1 min walk- right out the front door. The staff was amazing, especially the sweet bartender who worked the night of 10/11 she was wonderful! The front desk is friendly and Milton is a great surprise. Loved the rooms. Can’t wait to stay again!

The hotel is right next to King Street Station in Seattle. Fantastically nice foyer in classic style. Very large areas in the hotel. Reception ok, gave the information you needed. The room is large and very nice. However, the door did not close completely when it was released. The pool very nice and long. Good dressing. Nice breakfast buffet. Good check out.

The Embassy Suites is one of the best hotels I've stayed at and definitely the best hotel in Seattle I've stayed at.
As an avid Marriott fan, I didn't know what to expect staying here but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean.
This is the best hotel gym anywhere. It is very spacious with all the equipment you need. The pool was very good.
The breakfast was fairly average.
I enjoyed my stay here and may choose this over the comparable Marriott options in town next time.
