I had no idea what to expect because I’ve never had dress alterations done before. Both women who work here are friendly, knowledgeable, and work fast! My appointments were less than 5 minutes. Each appointment they would ask my preference on changes and also make suggestions. My dress was done in a timely manner and they made it versatile for dancing or photos!

I got my bridesmaid’s dress altered here and wow! My dress looked amazing on me. I loved their honesty, transparency and efficiency! Margo assisted me and I had asked for her input on a slit in my dress. She told me my dress was already beautiful without it but if that’s what I ultimately wanted, she would provide the slit. I trusted her intuition and opted to NOT get the slit. But with the extra fabric she cut off my dress I could see the wheels turning visualizing what she could do for me. So she put the fabric around my waist and asked what would you think about this? A belt? And I said OMG that’s beautiful! It makes my dress not look so plain! Thank you so much Margo and Eltsa custom sewing! It was a pleasure and I will be back!

Had a wonderful experience! They provide excellent fast service and nailed my vision for the changes I wanted for my dresses. I got my wedding dress, the dress I wore to our courthouse ceremony and a sundress all tailored for the same price another tailor quoted me for ONE single dress. Everything was perfect!

I was so happy with the quality of alterations for my wedding dress at Eltsa's! Margo was a joy to work with and I appreciated the suggestions and flexibility around alterations made. Pricing was very comparable to other estimates I received.

My dress fit perfectly because of Eltsa! They did wonders to bring in the waist and straps, add cups, trim the under layer so my dress weighed less, and added a 7 point bustle that looked gorgeous. We had multiple fittings to ensure the dress fitted well before they made more alterations. On my final pick up day, as I was touching my dress, my ring snagged on the fabric and pulled a few threads loose. They were able to remediate the issue quickly without charging me, and the fabric looked pristine once again! I'm so glad I went to them for my alterations, and would go back in a heartbeat.

I had a great experience with Eltsa - they kindly guided me through the wedding dress alterations process and discussed all the decisions that went into the final look. I couldn’t be happier with how my dress turned out. One of my favorite touches was the way they added appliqué from below the hem to my bodice to provide more coverage. They’re so good at what they do!

The most amazing, brilliant, and beautiful experience I could ever imagine for all of my wedding dress fittings and alterations. I couldn't have asked for better artists to perfectly mold my wedding dress to my figure. I hope all future brides + bridesmaids go to Eltsa :)
