I have been a customer of Elmer's Auto for the past 10 years. We have taken several cars for repair and every time Mr. Moon has been professional and courteous. His work is always excellent. If you are looking for a body shop, I highly, high recommend Elmers.

I've had a small accident hitting a curb and i had to get the door replaced. I hit up six different auto shops to see what the repair estimate might look like and the availability. Moon was super professional and was able to get it fixed within a week including ordering of parted. I am very impressed by his service as he went above and beyond. My car look brand new when I got it back. The inside of my car was vacuumed cleaned and gave it a really nice car wash. He also bugged out some small scratches he saw on the car.

Mr Moon and his team were amazing to me and provided perfect service. I had gotten into my first car accident with business vehicle and wasn't really sure about the process. I had gone to a few other autonomy shops in the area but they were unwilling to work on it since the preliminary estimate from the company was far lower than the estimates the autobody did. Mr. Moon and team were took me in and were very knowledgeable about the insurance process and requesting more from the company. He even set me up with a rental car and had them pick me up from the shop to take me there (enterprise). I cannot express my gratitude enough to these guys. It was a very stressful ordeal and they completely took care of me.I highly recommend Elmer's auto collision. They are a rare gem and the people are genuine

I had a awesome experience when Moon helped me repaired my car. My car had hit the object accidentally and the whole bumper need to replaced. Moon helped me talk to my insurance company to do inspection together. He is such nice guy who tried his best to help and do the whole process within one month including the order part process. My car just like brand new one now. Thx Moon.

Moon is absolutely amazing! We had a fairly large scratch on our passenger door and Moon cleared the scratch in 3 days; new paint and everything! I am so impressed by his work - he goes above and beyond! He does the extra mile for you at an amazing price. He even cleaned our interior for no extra cost! I had some body damage on the base of the doors of my car so the parts needed to be replaced. I first spoke with Mr. Moon on the phone and he was very friendly, said I could come by later that day to provide a quote. He took the time to really inspect the damage (more than other places I went to) and caught details others didn’t catch such as the slight bend in the metal on the door. He provided a thorough quote and took the time to explain and walk me through what he planned to do, how long it would take, etc. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed, and also felt confident I understood what needed to be done. He ordered the parts as soon as the next day, got started on color matching the paint, then did the repair a few days later when the parts arrived. All in all, everything was done in under a week!! And the results look great so far :) Very happy with his work and would highly recommend!

I had some damage to my car from hitting a pole. I had gone to a couple of body shop repair shops to get various estimates. Most of them seemed inflated until I got to Elmer's. Moon did a thorough check on my car and gave me an easy to understand and reasonable estimate. He also was able to take my car quicker than the other shops which only had availability a month or more later at the earliest. I dropped it off Monday and he would be finished Friday. During the process, he called me to give a status on the repair. He called me on Thursday to let me know the car would be ready to pick up on Friday as he had promised. He also touched up a couple of scratches on my bumper for free which I really appreciated. My car looked brand new as if I had just taken it off the new car lot. Moon is a skilled professional and know what he's doing. He takes great pride in his work. If you want a professional and honest repair job, definitely go to Elmer's.

This is a small, family owned business that is operated by the sweetest man (Moon). Moon completely exceeded my expectations. He's honest, communicative, genuine, humble, and has a great work ethic. You can tell he is truly proud of his work and will hold it to the highest standards. Moon quoted me $2500 to fix my Corolla but suggested I go through insurance as it would save on out of pocket cost. He then quoted insurance the same estimate. Some auto repair shops will quote insurance more as a means to make money (hence, referring to insurance to file a claim). I feel like his estimates are fair (even below market value) as he doesn't try to charge an arm and a leg. My car was ready for pick up in a week and it looks immaculate. Thank you Moon for the excellent repair job!
