Pros: nice vehicle selection, pretty reasonable prices, open for negotiation.
Cons: missing or not disclosing vehicle issues.
In my case both front door panels were detached from the doors and trim on one door was damaged. They covered only half the cost for this to be fixed. Luckily transfer case leak was fixed under the vehicle warranty.
Vicente, Joyce, and Natosha were pretty great. I think there are some issues in the service department. Poor or lack of quality control and attention to detail. If you're local buyer, probably you'll be OK. Just do a thorough inspection, inch by inch of the vehicle you're considering purchasing. Good luck!

Had a great experience working with Steve. He went above and beyond discussing the vehicle, giving me all of the information needed for me to make the right choice, and even walked through all of the electronics/features with me. We just purchased an amazing vehicle from Liz at Elliot Bay. The whole experience was more than I ever expected. Liz was always available, super helpful and patient! My son was the one who initiated the process and they were beyond kind and respectful to him. The financing by Vivian was seamless as well and she was gracious with her explanations and advice.
Liz stated that they strive for the best customer experience for repeat customers and referrals but that’s an understatement.
Well done Elliot Bay Team, we will be back!

This is an update: 8/14/24
I'm changing my previous 3 star review---up to 5 stars.
They cut me a check to pay for the repairs to the cars brakes.
They did that without me ever asking.
I appreciate that.
I’m subtracting 1 star because of how long it took for my ownership title paperwork to finally arrive.
As a cash buyer, I paid in the form of 2 cashiers checks, thinking that would help to expedite the process timely. I bought the car on July 2nd and just received the title today—7/15/24
I’m subtracting another star because cars brake pads were fitted slightly loose in their clips, causing a rattling sound when driven. This issue required immediate repairs.

I work in sales as my career, and usually hate dealing with pushy/uneducated car salesmen. BUT, Khoa is by far the BEST rep i’ve ever worked with. He was more knowledgeable than me on sports cars (which is rare), and did not make me feel pressured. The sales manager, Sean, came over and explained in-depth every dollar of the transaction which was a game changer in my decision. I’ve never left a Google review before but this place deserves 5 stars for the staff and selection of vehicles alone. Truly genuine people who love cars just as much as me.
