We stayed here on New Year's Eve and Lynette at the front desk was so wonderful! Very welcoming and made us feel right at home, answered all of our questions, made sure we had everything we needed and was a pleasure to chat with. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was SPOTLESS, very cozy bed, plenty of room in the kitchen and living room area and has a perfect desk to get some work done on the laptop. This hotel is in a great location away from the mall, city, and traffic but very close to the highways to access the airport or downtown Seattle, or Bellevue. Ala carte breakfast was amazing. I don't say this often but 10/10!!

This hotel was just what we needed for our family vacation. The room was enough to accommodate two adults & two kids for a week. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. All of the amenities were much appreciated, including the hot tea offered in the lobby every evening we were there. The breakfast was not your average hotel continental breakfast. They provided a wide range of cereals, eggs, bread, potatoes, coffee, and juices for guests each morning. The gym, pool, and laundry facilities were also a bonus. The surrounding area offered things to do, such as shopping at the mall, various coffee shops, and restaurants if needed. The drive to downtown Seattle was not far, and it was easy to access the highways when needed. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.Rooms: Spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was great to have for a week's stay.Safety: Safe area, parking lots well lit.Food & drinks: Breakfast was delicious. The bar offered a variety of drinks for those 21 and over.Noteworthy details: Every staff member was helpful and welcoming. They truly cared about our stay and making it comfortable.

SUPERB!What I love: location close to shopping centre and lots of restaurants, comfortable beds, interior design, clean bed and bathroom, free flow espresso in the morning, complimentary breakfast, smooth check-in, 24 hour fitness centre, safe parking.Absolutely love everything!I didn’t get to try the pool and hot tub but will definitely come back!

Hand down this is the best hotel we ever stayed at.Excellent hotel with excellent location, extremely clean & comfortable with EXCEPTIONAL STAFF.We stayed at Element Seattle Sea-Tac Airport hotel for almost 19 days. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made our trip more interesting with advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.A BIG thank you to Zach (manager) who treated us and my children like a family, he is very professional and cares about the guests. Thank you zach & for the front desk staff: Eileen, Tai, Lourdes, Nathaniel,Lynette, Kevin, Mia, Josiah, Bunni, Davina & Violet for going the extra step to make sure your guests have everything they need to feel comfortable.The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. Our days here were great! Clean rooms, spacious suite, all the amenities, and great customer service from beginning to end. The breakfast was good selection and taste. Best part was that they had gluten free and dairy free choices for the members of our family that needed them. Wish all hotel stays could be this great! Thank you Element Seattle Sea-Tac for accommodating our dietary needs for breakfast, that is a rare thing to see at a hotel breakfast and it is much appreciated!Rooms: Clean and spacious rooms!Food & drinks: Gluten free and diary free options that taste good!

I enjoyed my stay here. The gym is nice. The swimming pool is nice. They have the hot tub.Nice sized rooms.The only negative is the elevator congestion.The breakfast area was extremely nice, plenty of fresh fruits available, as well as hot food and quick options.

Great place to stay near SeaTac. Front desk was superb and very friendly. Breakfast was awesome!!!! Everything was fresh and tasted like mama's. Kids love the indoor pool, I spent my time in the hot tub!!!

Stayed here for a week here's my honest review.The staff is very welcoming, gym is nice and one of the best breakfasts I've had in an hotel. The atmosphere is nice but that's about it.In terms of accommodation this has been the worse hotel I've ever stayed in, every time I needed something I was being passed around and denied the accommodation that is normal especially when someone stays for a week in an hotel. I also barely got sleep.My family and I stayed here for 6 days, we have an infant, the room we had was on the second floor and we could hear the train. The floors aren't very insulated so we could hear stomping upstairs, we requested a room change and were denied that. You'd think that they'd be able to accommodate a room change request to someone who is staying for that long, in addition if it couldn't have been accomplished the first day then it should've been accomplished the other few days.If it wasn't for the nice staff, I would've left on the first day. I stayed in the hotel most of the times but due to the noise from upstairs, constantly waking me up, waking my baby up my husband and I couldn't sleep. This was our experience every single night we stayed hereWe also requested for an hour of extended checkout, and kept being passed around. We were told that they would have to talk to the house keepers , well that's a first, and didn't hear anything back.Honestly this is my worse experience in terms of accommodation also there was a used glass cup in our room when we entered. In addition housekeeping didn't replace some of the items that ran out.Like I said the staff themselves are awesome but if you want to sleep, and get accommodation when you stay at a place wouldn't recommend. My family and I had a pleasant stay. We were in the area shopping for a new EV to replace our unsafe one. The hotel staff was responsive. We enjoyed the large indoor pool and hot tub. I got a good workout in the gym with the variety of equipment there. Filtered water, headphones, and towels were nice conveniences. Breakfast was great with a full spread of biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, cereals, coffee, juices... you name it! (Except waffles nor pancakes.)The room was large and clean. The only gripe is the large AC vent in the room. It blows directly at one of the beds, making it difficult to sleep. With it turned off, the room was very hot.For EVs, there are 4 ChargePoint chargers with dedicated parking spaces. All were occupied while we were there.

Beautiful hotel close by the airport and with electrical vehicles charging; Pets welcomed; kitchen in room; pots and pans for cooking; bbq grill; free complimentary breakfast with lots of options; tea at night in lobby; bar after 4pm; 24/7 gym with weights; pool and jacuzzi; laundry room. The long stays have Freshen up room cleanings every other day. Sheets changed once a week. Staff is amazing and super responsive. Everything is bought up to the room by hotel staff super quick when called. Overall, a super clean hotel where many stay at but the traffic remains low. My family and I were able to go to the pool undisrupted many days during the stay. Most of the time we were the only ones there.

So far this my top 3 Seattle airport hotels to stay at. Its not on Pacific Hwy & a bit further from the airport but it is beautiful. Its closer to South Center Mall. It also has free breakfast but the parking is $30 a day. Best free breakfast at a hotel. Rooms are clean & I would definitely come back here again.Rooms: Huge clean roomsSafety: I felt safe especially being far from Pacific Hwy

For the most part this is a great hotel, but it’s management obviously doesn’t care to help out or work with its top tier loyalty customers.While staying at this hotel for a full week, I checked out on Friday at 12 o’clock didn’t request a late check out like I could’ve. My flight was at 8pm so I asked if there small office space was available and if I could use it.It was available but because I no longer had a room there I couldn’t use it??? Then when I asked if I could just hang out till my flight then told me I could wait out on the back patio??I’ve stayed at this hotel 8 times in the last, you would think that you would help out people that spend that much money at your hotel. I guess critical thinking is not a strong suit here.
