I called the store after a disaster with a jacket I was supposed to wear to my granddaughters weddingI had to replace it before we leave for New Orleans on SundayI spoke to Amy and she confirmed they had the jacket I wanted and agreed to ship it overnight but not until Friday which made it questionable that ups would deliver before we leftI had no choice so I went for itWell I got a notice they ups had picked it up last night before they closed and it arrived to me in Olympia at 9 this morningThank you to this store and AMY for making this happenI have shopped at this store for years and they are still as amazing as ever

Went to this store on my lunch break only to find out that the doors are closed. The lady inside by the cash register looked at me, frowned, and didn't move. You know, I just moved back to Seattle after being gone since 2014, and I have to say, its terrible. But, regarding this specific store, don't shop here.

Very friendly store keepers. I was impressed with the rack of gently used clothing, which looked new - what a bargain (and in some different colors that aren't in the newer lines).

For years this place was close to my office and I loved it. Back in town for a short business trip and I made it a must-do shopping trip. I still love it. The clothes are indeed classic, well- designed and well made. The store is the perfect size, room for plenty of lovely, well presented pieces but not overwhelming. And all in one space so when to find that perfect skirt you can easily find a top to go with it. And the people who work there are charming, helpful without being pushy and they know their stock. Found something you love but not in your size- on the phone to see where they can get it and send it to you. So, I am puzzled by the negative reviews of the staff. Not my experience at all. And sure not the cheapest but I have pieces that are 10-12 years old. Don't know how they do it but the dressing rooms don't make you look like you were embalmed. Made my day and I am not that easy to please.

This site doesn't have plus sizes, but the salespeople were super friendly & helpful anyway, even by usual EF standards.

I love Eileen Fisher so much. I always buy this designer's clothes from Nordies. It's really fun to be able to go into an entire store dedicated to the line. This line is pretty expensive but the quality of the clothing is what I love. And, I love getting to check out all that they have to offer in a big store vs the small amount you can find at a Nordies in CA.
