Witnessed a driver of one of their trucks ride in the bus lane on Aurora. Couldn't be bothered to wait in traffic like the rest of us, I guess. Probably not surprising to anyone who has dealt with a towing company.

The owner stole out of my car while it was impounded in his lot. He laughed at me and just said you'll never be able to prove it. Beware.
