I made an online purchase which I had to return the item since I wasn't comfortable with the fit and got a full refund the same day they received the item. I sent several emails and the correspondence with Mr. Eames was very friendly and prompt. The customer service was outstanding and one of the best experiences I've had from any business!

Exceptional customer service, and fast email response to inquiries. Needed a pair of Veja men's sneakers for traveling, and found them at this website much cheaper than else where. Called and left a message inquiring about the possibility of expedited shipping. Mr Eames responded by email within a day, and the shoes arrived about two or three days later. He also followed up with a phone call. Great customer service for a small business. I encourage everyone to support this small business owner. You will definitely be in good hands.

Great shop! They carry hard to find brands like Gramicci and Velva Sheen in Seattle they definitely know their stuff when it comes to what to carry in their store. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products you can tell they stand behind the clothes. Definitely worth the trip outside of the Main Street shopping scene to support small local business.
