Dunn Motors Building is a residential apartment building in a great neighborhood on the juncture of Capitol Hill, First Hill, and downtown. The location offers quick access to I-5 and tons of walkable food options. The building itself has a beautiful design with a historical garage charm. The apartment interiors feel modern, well-maintained, and beautiful, some with great views. The leasing and maintenance staff are exceptional, friendly, competent, responsive, and eager to help. The management team is super responsive, goes above and beyond to solve problems, and provides amazing service. They actively build and encourage community by organizing events. Residents are generally super friendly and conscientious. The facility is clean, and parcel delivery is simple and streamlined. There are some things to be aware of. The apartments do not have AC, though there is a port for a portable unit. Heat control and air circulation can be an issue in some units. Windows may not have screens. The ground floor plant nursery can give off an earthy smell. During school pickup hours, the entrance can get busy, though people are quick to make room. There is no noise beyond what's inevitable in an urban area. The garage is very nice but requires an additional fee. Overall, it is a great place to live, a top choice for comfort and quality, and residents are very happy there. It is a perfect Capitol Hill spot and many would definitely recommend it.
So happy we chose to move here. I never thought a rental apartment could feel like home, but Jackson and the team go above and beyond to build and encourage community here. Beautiful units and views as well.

Great place to live. Exceptional staff who are eager to help, clean facility, great living space and a very nice garage if you are willing to pay the additional fee. Perfect Capitol Hill spot!
