Superior service! The sales team knocked it out of the park! Nick patiently took the time to help find the exact, quirky machine screws I needed for my project. And Curtis dug through a bunch of yard material to help find compatible options to complete my project. He even cut them down to size for me. These guys had such great advice though-out. The whole crew were totally professional and super thoughtful. Loyal customer here!!

First thing I want to say is, the lovely human who helped us at the register and pick wood etc was very nice and helpful. I think his name was clay. We got 4 pieces of lumber to build a console table and 3 are legs.... every piece that was cut wasn't correct. All were slightly longer than we asked for which wouldn't have been the end of the world but 3 were legs and they weren't all the same size. I knew they were closing when I called back to see what we could do possibly Sunday or Monday (return and have recut) and the person who answered was not helpful at all. They even made a joke about the measurements that were off, some of them were consistently off... they also suggested we could rent a saw elsewhere and cut them to the size we needed... if we wanted that service we would have gone to home Depot in the first place. We were trying to avoid the chaos of other big box handy stores but maybe we would have had better luck there.

Purchased around 10 pieces of wood. They asked if I wanted to pick out my own wood and I mistakenly said no. I swear the guy must have intentionally picked out the worst pieces possible. I ended up at Lowe’s today to replace 5 pieces that were completely unusable. All of the wood from the box store was straighter, smoother, less cracked and knotty than what I received from Dunn. This was my first and likely last visit to this location!

Accidentally posted this on latona. But. I came out as trans in the workplace and they really dropped the ball on maintaining a safe and inviting work environment. They allowed another worker to repetitively be transphobic towards me. And when I fell victim to a hate crime on the side of the building, they followed the law and cooperated with the police. But they didnt do much to make me feel safe afterward. It almost seemed like they thought it was kind of funny. Did not get that fair shake the Dunn promise talks about. I loved working there prior which made it hurt so much more. They have good benefits and outside of this they usually delivered their promise of a fair shake. Just didnt for me I guess.

Very friendly and professional service. Huge selection. Available delivery is a Godsend to disabled people who don't have a car or truck. High quality wood and wrapping. Wood to order: cool. Not to mention other things.

All of their locations and Great, my favorite lumber yard. Their lumber is straight, never have to dig through a pile of 2x4's like at the big box store.

Quality is higher here, free coffee (arguably the best in Seattle imo), and face to face with a salesperson. It's actually a pleasure to shop here.
