Noisy hotel with bar in the center. Rooms are large, however they are rather dated and not cleaned well.
Some things in need of repair. One of the light bulbs in a lamp was not working, and it looked like one had been ripped off the ceiling. Condensation on the windows.
Beds are very soft to the point where it could be uncomfortable, but that comfort depends on your preference.
Leaving bottled water in the room and charging extra for it if you drink it is a bit tight, no idea how long it's been there. Alchohol and things I can understand a charge, but water, no.
Staff were friendly, however, greeted us, and provided a free shuttle bus from the airport. Was given a free cookie in entry, but it was cold and hard.
Rooms: Large, but dated

Nice place good rooms. I really liked the layout out. Food in the buffet was simple but worth the money. Very close to Westlake Mall for shopping, movies, and shuttle to and from the airport is great.
Rooms: 2 room suites clean comfortable
Nearby activities: Shopping, movies,restaurants
Walkability: Very close to food, shopping also shuttle is very helpful
Food and drinks: Lounge in lobby, outback, cracker barrel, olive garden, and McDonald's all within walking distance

The hotel service is excellent. I stayed here for seven days. We did run into an issue during check-in, but the staff was very helpful in resolving it. The room is spacious and clean. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel, including a Target and Westfield mall nearby. Additionally, there is a shuttle bus service between the hotel and the airport. Overall, our stay here was amazing.

Hotel is fine for its age. Front desk staff was great. Cookies always warm. Avoid the breakfast buffet. The fact that someone would actually pay for what they’re serving is beyond me.

All was good with employees service it was great.
This part of service is not good at all and needs to stop, paying for parking at the place that you going to stay is like a slap on your face no good, now showers at the pool no working no big deal but disappointing.

Very nice hotel. Large suites. Comfortable bed. Very nice TV’s. WiFi works well. Excellent tasty meal at the restaurant.
The Only change I would like to see is the pillows on the bed. They are twice as long as a normal pillow and just didn’t fit with my sleeping habits.

Why doesn’t Google allow ZERO stars?! This Doubletree is beyond awful!
At check-in, the receptionist, Cynthia, made me feel completely unwelcome. No greeting, no introduction—I had to call the front desk later just to find out when breakfast was. When I asked if I could get a room with good WiFi, she was already handing me the room card before I finished talking. With no surprise—the WiFi was horrible. I lost connection multiple times while meeting with colleagues!
As for the room? Another nightmare. The second I walked in, I was hit with a disgusting, moldy smell. Everything was old, dirty, and worn out. The chairs were skin stripped and shaky, the pillows were stained, and the bathtub was broken. I could go on, but honestly, I realized asking for a room change would just be a waste of time after experiencing the front desk's attitude.
Breakfast? A $25 buffet with lower quality than a basic Hampton Inn. Very few options, cheap ingredients, and even the cut fruit wasn’t fresh.
And the airport shuttle? I booked the 11:30 shuttle, but it left three minutes early! The staff was useless and just told me to take an Uber and submit the receipt for reimbursement. At the of typing this review, I just received the updated receipt. Maybe I should credit this only star to the hotel customer service department.
This entire stay was a disaster! I would have had fewer complaints staying at a motel—and this place costs three times as much!
Hilton, if you care at all about your brand, fix the quality of your hotels! The only two times of poor WiFi connections during my past stays were both at Hilton hotels! (Another time was at Hilton Waikiki beach) No wonder my colleagues have switched to Hyatt. After staying at the Redmond Hyatt House earlier this trip, compared to this horrible Doubletree, I finally understand why. I started feeling silly for still being a Hilton Diamond.
