Once again I was reminded today “why go anywhere else?”. This place has best Tomahawk chops I’ve ever had, and they cut them to order. They also have fresh duck breast, which is what I was getting today, which no other place I called had in stock ( even though they said they did). Quality in everything they do, and super friendly and service oriented.

Been coming to Don and Joe's Butchers for as long as I can remember, I purchase all my meats here, as this is the best quality, but it is the people who work behind the counter that makes this place the greatest. I am fortunate to have Don and Joe's in my life. Thank you so much for being the best. Couldn't imagine living or eating in Seattle without your quality.

I live in Belltown, and I love coming down here for most of my weekly meat products. They have an amazing selection, good prices, and it’s a great experience buying from them every time. I cook often and it feels great to work with such consistently high quality ingredients.

I am from India (lived in the UK for over 10 years before moving to Seattle) and I bought a goat meat here. The meat is amazing quality, better than India and the UK (little or no fat). The frozen leg meat turned into soft tender within 5 minutes of putting in the hot water without losing its texture. They cut it into the small pieces for me. The curry itself was delicious and the meat was a key to that as we know. They also have other exotic meat such as meat which I will try next time. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They earned a long term customer now.

Always great service and a great selection of some of the usually less-popular cuts and items (like lamb kidney). Been shopping there for many years, and have always been pleased with the products and attention to detail when making special requests.

I was blown away with the beautiful cut of meat first time I shopped here. Way better than the place I was going. It even impressed my very picky spouse that only seems happy eating filets at Daniel's.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, and they always have the most random meats (like when I decided I had to make Somali food THAT DAY and needed goat on short notice). Prices are probably a little higher than QFC but very fair considering the quality of the meat here.
