We ordered on 4/21 through the app. We ordered a pan buffalo chicken specialty pizza. The pizza came and was full of bubbles and also had no buffalo sauce on it, making the pizza inedible, it just just bread with a mountain of plain cheese since the sauce is actually american cheese for this pizza. We contacted the store that night regarding the issue and were told they could give us a credit for a free pizza which we accepted instead of a refund since we order quite a lot. When we called tonight to redeem the credit the customer service person magically could not locate the credit and kffered no solution to the situation, it was extremely frustrating.This is not the only time this has happened, if you order anything besides a pepperoni sausage pizza it will not be correct. We have tried ordering the spinach and feta, the BBQ chicken, and the buffalo chicken, as well as building our own similar pizzas and every. Single. Time. They cant make it correctly. And listen I used to work for Dominos I know how it works and truthfully Im not sure how it is wrong every. Single. Time.What a waste of money. ALWAYS REQUEST A STRAIGHT REFUND NEVER ACCEPT A CREDIT BECAUSE YOU WONT GET IT.

I use to be a regular customer but after this I will not be back to this location. This particular location has been at a steady decline. Lack of management or poor quality employees or something idk(I don’t know). I ordered two simple medium size pizza. One thin crust, ranch sauce, jalapeños, and chicken. One regular crust, alfredo sauce, Philly steak, and BUFFALO SAUCE!!. The first pizza I mentioned came out ok but overcooked and with barely any ranch. The second pizza didn’t even have buffalo sauce on it!!! How simple are three ingredients on a pizza! I’m not trying to come for anyone but it’s not hard to splash a little bit of BUFFALO SAUCE!! on a pizza (mind you I had to put the ranch on) Put down the vape and focus on your job. They pay you to do a job that simple. Do your job! I have pictures and recipes! Get it together!

We tried scheduling three large one-topping pizzas for delivery at 6PM very close to the Alki location for our son's birthday party. We scheduled multiple hours in advance and tipped 20% on top of the $9 delivery fee (for a couple miles). Six o'clock came and went. At 6:10PM the app showed the pizzas still hadn't left so I called to check on them. The person who answered the call is probably early in their professional career (sounded like late teens, early twenties) and could have been dealing with a lot that day. However, no matter the day or how in need of further training this male sounding (with an accent) person was, it was completely out of line how disrespectful, unconcerned and unhelpful they were. The mere ask of why there was a delay prompted for them to hang up on me. Two more call backs also ended with hang ups and no help in understanding a revised ETA for when the pizzas would arrive. I'm sure there are customer calls that feel like they deserve to end in a hang up. These were not those. I never swore, never yelled. We had a party full of people, mostly kids waiting to eat dinner, in limbo. It felt very clear that this individual does not have any fear of consequences, much more losing their job. There were no concerns for how their behavior reflects on the business. I asked to know their name and was ignored. Sad state of business when team members act with impunity like this. Pizza finally arrived sometime after 6:30PM, and we had to be out by 7. If we could do it all over again, we'd pay more and order from Pagliacci. Still kicking ourselves for not having done so. Seems to be a theme we should have looked at the reviews beforehand.

New review. Same. 1⭐️generous.Updating my review to solidify how terrible this place continues to be after trying to order a Med Sandwich on New Years Eve at 4:45 pm. Order #451 that took over a half hour with me sitting there for one sandwhich. Customer service was appalling and unapologetic… claimed that’s how their “sandwich is made,” as if I wouldn’t know how it’s supposed to be?Old review: I will never order food using delivery here again. The reason is not because of the delivery drivers... Apparently new management has the same problem as old management. I cannot trust that my food will be fresh unless I actually park myself at the location and watch them make it. Gross. I frequently have ordered in the past and forgot I stopped ordering through delivery at this location particularly because of this reason. I took pictures of my food today to prove that the delivery is no way near fresh food. Driver was awesome, so it's not his fault. The pictures will show that the vegetables are questionable; It's more like they took old or through on my toppings. In case you can't tell from the picture it's supposed to be green peppers and pineapple on half and banana peppers and olives on the other half. 10 minutes after I open the box the vegetables are already chewy and curly. After eating a few pieces the pizza has sat for 10 minutes, is literally like eating the cardboard. Forget left-overs. So I lose out on $25 because I can't risk eating the sandwich tomorrow. I would most likely wind up in the emergency room from food poisoning if I saved the rest.( Oh and just to prove that I am not just bitching I actually tipped my driver before he even got here as well.) Back in my twenties I used to work at a local pizza place food chain for years and I know what old Pizza served looks like. And God help Domino's if they reach out to me with free pizza that I don't see them make. The only thing that would be acceptable at this point would be to get a refund.If I had a car and didn't have to use transit I would take the food right back and dump it on the counter. Disrepect=disrespect.

Order 2 hours late. I ordered contactless because I cant come to the door because of an injury. I get a voicemail saying corporate changed their policy in june of 2023 and I would have to come to the door. Manager calls me and says 6 drivers called out so one person is delivering. Never received order. Still hungry. Still injured.

I felt very bad when I went to this place ..walked in wanted to order for some pizza found a guy making pizza said hi no answer and didn’t even say anything to me stood there maybe 10 minutes not even a word ..no matter what I dnt eat food which I see is made without gloves was so disappointed no customer relations and no gloves it’s sad for some second I was like is it because of my color or what? It sad I will never go there again ever ..feel bad like I never even existed just walked out and left

I've never wished I could give zero stars before in my life. This is the worst place and ran by the worst people. Our order arrived an hour late, cold, and it was completely wrong. When we called and talked to the "manager" and started to tell him what was wrong with the order he said "oh so you didn't get your sauce". We informed him of everything thing that was wrong with the order and then he said "ok the pizza is free" and hung up. I called back to talk to a manager to explain the terrible experience and the same guy said he was the manager, then when I nicely explained why we wanted our money back he said "I already credited your account but your address has been flagged and if you cause us anymore trouble, you will be banned... this place is garbage and I'll never order from them again so it really doesn't matter if they ban me

This rating is based on my last 5 visits at this location. Simply put: They’re not reading the ticket.I always order my pizza to be “square cut”. The last 5 have not been. Now, this does not change the quality or taste of said pizza, but that’s not the point.Of the last 5 orders, the dough and bake quality has suffered as well. In addition, at least 2, maybe 3 of the last 5 have had incorrect toppings.Mistakes happen, I get that. I make them everyday. However, to make the same mistakes over and over…..So it’s either a tech issue with the app, or a training issue with the staff.Tonight’s pizza was a big letdown. The driver was the best part of my experience. Super nice. Great representation of the brand.Hope this helps. Good eating everyone.

Domino’s pizza was absolutely delicious! And nobody can make Parmesan Bread Bites like Domino’s, they are so good I considered them as a main course haha!The people working at this location were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to this location for our next pizza night.
