Absolutely fantastic customer service.
I bought a pair of boots online and Lauren went above and beyond to promptly provide me with lots of helpful info and advice, both by email and over the phone, often outside of normal business hours. She helped me with questions about everything from product to sizing to shipping, she took photos of stuff in the store, she followed up with UPS to help me navigate a change of delivery address, and when my package arrived it even came with a personalized thank you note. I'm not sure I've ever dealt with a shop that provided more attentive and detailed service. 11/10.

I would highly recommend Division Road to anyone seeking excellent customer service. They are a shining example of how to prioritize customer satisfaction, which is difficult or impossible to find in todays rushed environment. This company even has a phone number, NO BOTs, and they call you back. Great selection of products for those seeking unsurpassed quality.

Horrible, was charged shipping when ordered then nearly 200$ extra at the door. Regret ordering from this place. I should have rejected the order. Would not recommend

Division Road is an excellent place to find high quality, well made goods. Their customer support and product knowledge are second to none. Any questions about sizing are met with quick and detailed responses and they will certainly point you in the right direction!!

Over the years I've purchased many items online and I've always had a great experience. Most items I purchase I'm really familiar with sizing fit, etc. So unfortunately, I haven't had much interaction but I do look forward to one day checking out the physical location in VA and experiencing the surrounding area/activities.

I bought a pair of White's X Division Road Inc. collaboration Loggers in Cinnamon Waxed Flesh/Natural CXL. While these boots are more of an investment than a purchase due to the price, I have no doubt that this COULD be (if I wanted them to be) my last pair of boots ever...The craftsmanship is stellar and the fitment that was recommended by Lauren is perfect. The leather combination on these boots really is something to see and I cant wait to see how they age over time. Division Road is a great company with people working there who seem to really care about their customers and are invested not only in their products but how their customers interact with/utilize their products. I recommend anyone looking for quality products take a jaunt down Division Road (sorry for the dad joke) and have a look, you are sure to find something you will have to have.

I cannot say enough good things about DR. My goodness, these folks are friendly, professional, well-informed, and an overall joy to work with. I'm so glad I found them. I now get almost all of my clothing and footwear from them. Each piece is superb and will probably last the rest of my life. They're great. I look forward to continuing to do business with them!

Sadly, I have to echo what I've read in a number of other reviews. Division Road sells some wonderful products. However, their owner Jason seems to foster an attitude of "the customer is never right" and a feeling of condescension from him especially, but from the staff in general. It's almost as if you are being given a privilege by being allowed to shop there. I had been a customer over a 2-3 year period during the pandemic. I spent at least $2000+ with them and for the most part, I was very happy. Then I purchased a pair of boots on their "Boxing Day" sale. This was the second pair of boots from the same maker that I had purchased from them. I bought the same size that I had bought before. When I got them, I loved the boots, the quality, the leather, etc. I out them on and thought they were very tight. But I figured they'd "break in" as most boots do (I have a lot of boots). But by the second day, they were excruciating. Unlike any pair of boots or shoes I've ever owned. I tried to reach out to Jason (with whom I'd had many conversations before), but his manager told me that Jason was "too busy and I needed to speak to her." I was frustrated by this, because I'd always spoken to Jason and had a relationship with him. And now I was having a real problem with a $600 pair of boots. I definitely expressed my frustration, but I wasn't rude, I didn't curse, I just said I wanted to speak to Jason. What I got, to my shock and disappointment, was a long email from Jason, first of all accusing me of "gender bias" because I didn't want to talk to Lauren, his manager and wanted to talk to him. I am married to a woman, and have two daughters, and the last thing any of them would do would be to accuse me of that, to the contrary!! But it was so offensive to even address a customer in that fashion. He then proceeded to defend the fact that the boots were a "final sale" item, that he had no interest in trying to help me out with the problem. He also told me that, essentially, he was too busy and that if I didn't want to deal with Lauren, we could go our separate ways. I took him up on that. I could go on and on about my dealings with the company that made the boots. They were kind enough to make an effort to help me even though I wasn't their customer, Division Road was. They still don't fit. It's the only pair of boots I have ever had from any manufacturer (Viberg, Underhoud, Alden, Tricker, Crockett and Jones, etc. etc.) that has caused me such pain and discomfort. And on their website, Division Road still has this boot and this last described as the equivalent of an E width US. This is 100% inaccurate. So, the moral here is, really, caveat emptor. You are not going to get support and appreciation for your business from these folks, that's for sure.
