Pay no mind to the reviews from haters (and if you want to purchase a cheap knock-off from China, go ahead)! The Internet has turned people into entitled jerks, but there are none in this store - only angels!?️When I flew in from Costa Rica for my son's wedding and was horrified to discover that nothing in my storage unit fit, I went directly to Diva Dolls for help.But they were closed! No problem: a quick email later, and I had an appointment for the next day - the morning of the wedding. ?Shay opened the store early for me, and bent over backwards to help me find the perfect outfit at the last minute. From fabric to fit, she has an eye for every detail and helped me find the perfect outfit.I wanted something ✨special✨ and that's what I got at Diva Dollz. I can not say enough good things about this shop and the owner. I am from PA and was out visiting my brother in WA and hoping desperately to find a flapper dress for my 20's theme wedding. When my sister in law and I came across her shop and saw appt only I messaged the shop (letting her know I was only in town for two more days) and within an hour I received a response with an appt time before I headed back to the East Coast. My shopping experience was phenomenal! Not only did I find the perfect dress and shoes but she custom made me a hair piece that is complete perfection! I will be hitting this place up on every trip I make to Seattle.

Small store with great selection and great service. No appointment needed if not busy, otherwise do call ahead. These dresses look great on almost every body, especially if you're a little bigger on top. :)

I was downtown with my niece last week and she had money she really wanted to spend. We were killing time until her boat and I have walked by this place many times and never had time to go in so I told her about it and when we got there it said "By Appointment Only" so they should really update their Google info because all it said was "Open" and it was a HUGE disappointment. ?

The staff at this store absolutely crushed it this Christmas. I ordered some things from them and we had a couple hiccups due to sizing and a defective item (which they caught before shipping out) the three ladies that helped me went completely out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Whoever owns this Buisness if it’s not the workers who assisted me should be proud of how these women handled their Buisness. Each of them deserves some appreciation in my opinion. Well done Erin, Nicole, and shay.

Bought some lovely and great quality t-strap pumps to go with a vintage dress. Salesperson was helpful and even stretched them for me, despite being super busy with other things. I know small stores are stressed and understaffed so I really appreciate the kindness and knowledgeable service.

I have TRIED to be a customer of thos shop twice. I am a nurse only on a temporary assignment so I tried going there again today. I was rudly met at the door today by, " You are not allowed to enter without a mask!" First, how about greeting people with a "hi" or something to the nature to start, then you can let me l know you continue to have a mask policy. I was coming in from outside. There is no more mask mandate so I have it in my pocket. I decided to not adorn my mask and give this shop any business. I have no problem with a $200 a dress. I do have a problem with being yelled at and eye rolling when I try to shop at this store. I am done trying to give them business. The first time around was about as terrible.Today is 3/25/2022. You lost a huge sale today. Greet people with kindness.

This is a unique shop with fantastic service by Michelle and Laurentina. They have the perfect persona for this place and gave us a personal shopper experience. We walked out with more bags than we planned but it's worth it.

Such fantastic fun clothes! The sales staff were very helpful. They picked pieces I never would have thought of and found the perfect outfits and sizes for me. One of my new favorite shops for unique clothes. I will definitely be coming back.
