I was in a bad situation with the big rains that came in and were dripping into my car. This company got my vehicle checked out as soon as they could get me into their schedule. They even had my car looked over the next morning to look at the problem and do some testing preliminarily. The person scheduling coordinated with the person who did the work well, and my car was fixed within 3 days. The work is excellent, no longer a leaking problem, such a relief. They were professional, honest and efficient. And, did really nice work, I definitely recommend!

Upon inquiry six months ago, my long time, trusted service advisor recommended Dealership Glass. The windshield ding had progressed to a fairly extensive crack on the driver's side over time. The service department had been monitoring its status and recommended its replacement.Thankfully, Dealership Glass was also an approved business per my insurance agent's office. Information was collected to initiate my claim. I received a timely call from Dealership Glass to provide my VIN after they received authorization from my insurance company. I was given the option to have my windshield replacement performed at home or at their Seattle/Lake City site. I opted to bring it onsite and got it scheduled. Note: service is by appointment only.They are located on the eastside of 120th and Lake City Way, sharing space with Pierre Ford Commercial & Fleet. Their reception/check-in/waiting area is modest, see my added Yelp tip.I was quoted a 90 minute wait, however, Nick - the service associate, was done in less than half the time, 40 minutes from check-in to final payment! Plus a kind gesture, my floor mats were vacuumed. (8/3/23)This was also the original windshield from an older vehicle. So there was no excessive glue or adhesive, plus no fancy car cameras to deal with, just the rearview mirror. Straightforward windshield replacement providing such amazing clarity! No more dings & cracks for this freeway road warrior. No more sticky debris despite periodic car washes from cumulative years parked outdoors. Got this completed on a warm, sunny day, so the repair should completely seal in no time.It was a reasonable transaction based on my car insurance deductible. Easy peasy, hassle free, professional experience from initial referral, insurance agent logistics, scheduling, and completion of the windshield replacement. Highly recommended based on my personal experience!

We’ve replaced a windshield and a rear window here. The people are very nice, very professional, and always faster than I anticipate. 10/10, hope I don’t get another broken window but if I do, definitely returning here.

Had new windshield and rubber seal installed. Windshield cracking on both sides and rubber seal at top coming off. Called to report and sent pictures no one has called me back or contacted me.

Had a windshield replaced. Everything from scheduling to how much my insurance would pay was a breeze. The windshield install was fast, and the tech was a really nice guy. The windshield looks great! Definitely would go to again.
