These guys are Great! They diagnosed the problem, did the repairs, and had my car ready at the agreed upon time. All for a fair price. When I arrived to pick up my car, they described the problem, explained the work that was done, and showed me the worn out, failed parts. All in all, an honest, hard-working, and talented crew. They definitely have my return-business.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.The guy that runs this shop was incredibly condescending and absolutely rude. I took my car in for an estimate for services as my car was having difficulties starting and I suspected it either needed new brakes or rotors or both. I thanked him and had estimates done elsewhere as well to make sure I found the best deal I could as I'm disabled and on a fixed income, and I let this guy know this. The quote ended up being quite high compared to other shops. Thankfully a friend of mine who lives in Oregon, who is a mechanic offered to come up and work on it for the day after finding out what I was quoted. After my friend finish the job on the brakes, starter, and replacing the sparkplugs, headed back to Oregon as he needed to get back home for work. I then realized that he had mistakenly forgotten to put one of the hubcaps back on, no big deal. He had also told me before he left that I would need to have one of the sparkplug boots adjusted as it wasn't seated properly and hadn't brought a proper tool to reseat the boot, as he hadn't anticipated this happening. He would have done it but he was on limited time to get the car done and get back to Oregon for work the next day. Okay again, no big deal. I was grateful he could do the work for 1/2 the price I would have paid at Dan's Auto Repair. So I thought no biggie, I'll take it to Dan's and have these two minor things done, which should have cost no more than $50 for the 10 minutes it took for him to do it.Well, I took the car to Dan's, was told sure, they could do the repair and that it would take perhaps 10 or 15 minutes. Thinking it was only going to cost no more than $50 for such little time and effort, and it literally only did end up taking 10 to 15 minutes, was charged $100! I was rudely and condescendingly, flat out told, the reason why he was charging me so much was as a punishment for having had the work done elsewhere and having to clean up someone else's mess. I had considered making this shop my primary shop for car repairs, but after the way I was treated by this guy (Taller Asian man), this obviously will not be happening. I have and will be letting people know, to stay away from this place as they over charge and are very unprofessional, condescending and flat out very rude! This man knew, I was in a financial bind, and "Punished me" for having found someplace within my budget.Please don't take your car here if you wanted be treated with kindness and compassion.I wish I would have read other reviews before going here, there are a lot of other very bad experiences as well. Lesson learned.

if I could give him 0 starts I would. This was one of the worse experiences I've had with a mechanic. my car was in his shop for a week and he didn't know what exactly was wrong. customer service was lacking. he was rude to myself and my family memebers, when all they were trying to do is tell him the problem we found. I will never come here again. after reading the reviews I can see why people avoid him. try somewhere else where they value you as a human and also care about fixing the problem.

Family has been coming here for more than 15 years. They fix everything and always get me in and out. They are upfront and tell me everything and give recommendations. Very reasonable prices and great turn around time. My favorite mechanic shop in the area.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any auto shop I’ve ever been to. They took weeks to diagnose and explain the issue clearly to me, dragged their feet with the warrenty company and were quite disrespectful to my family (even going to the extend of handing up on me). I truly believe they have no idea what they’re doing or how to respectfully handle customers… I most definitely will not be bringing any of my vehicles back to them.

Look for A Sơn in the shop, he ordered and replaced my car battery in a quick and easy fashion ( weigh cheaper than the dealership with his discount for sure); also he gave me complimentary drinks and made me wait less than the dealership's wait times, definitely recommend for those who look to fix cars fast and spend less $ on replacing or repairing, thx a S & the Dan's Auto Shop staff! ?

My car’s water pump for electric motor was broken. I have a hybrid car. I went to Toyota dealership they quoted over $1300. I called to 5 car mechanics but no one can fix the problem for a hybrid car.When I took my car at Dan Auto they quoted me $370. It’s a $1,000 gap. Dan Auto used the same authentic brand of Toyota too. They quickly helped me fix my car with a very reasonable price. I couldn’t express how much I appreciate their services. Mr. Son said that he is very confident with electric cars and had over 20 years experience in car repair. I am so happy that finally I found this place.Services: Electrical repair
