Unfortunately Dania was disappointing. The staff was not very helpful and the furniture section was less than their competitors. We see no reason to shop Dania in the future.

Absolutely stellar. In and out, found exactly what we wanted, and the staff was phenomenal. Tony was stellar helping us get checked out and set up delivery, and totally just a nice upbeat person, no high pressure anything (he didn't even ask me to mention him in the review, I just want to call it out because he's awesome.)The quality of Dania really speaks for itself. Our last Dania sofa is going on 10 years old with big ol dogs allowed up on the couch, my heavy a** sitting/sleeping on it at times, and seriously, thing looks like 6 months old. Can't say enough good things.Prices on mid-high end furniture are always kinda hit or miss, but for what you get, I've stuck pretty much exclusively with Dania and Kasala with the tie breaker 100% being design/comfort on various pieces. And fwiw, Dania is 90% of that stuff.

***Do not order from them ****Dania made multiple attempts to deliver a desk to my home, each resulting in frustrating issues.During the first attempt, they installed it incorrectly.On the second try, they ended up breaking the desk while inside the house.On the third attempt, although they managed to install the desk, one of the delivery personnel claimed he was from the warehouse and lacked the necessary skills to handle the task effectively.Consequently, they struggled to lift the desk upstairs, resulting in damage to our stairs. Moreover, they left mud all over our carpet and rug.Despite these issues, Corporate has shown reluctance to resolve the situation satisfactorily. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to look elsewhere, as they have proven to be extremely difficult to work with.

After years of patronage and numerous purchases, I am appalled by the recent decline in customer service at Dania's Tukwila location. Our experience, specifically with the store manager - Amber, was nothing short of abysmal. A bungled order, coupled with rudeness and a complete lack of effort to rectify the situation, has left us deeply disappointed. We were forced to wait a week for pick-up only to find our order incomplete, the remaining item covered in dust and scratches, and a dismissive attitude from the staff. To add insult to injury, expediting our refund was refused, leaving us in a 21-day limbo. Dania Tukwila has lost our trust and future business.

I enjoy Scandinavian furniture for simple beauty. Shopping at Dania is a pleasure with staff ready to assist but not hovering. I love my beautiful sideboard & await arrival of the dining chairs.

I had purchased Dania furniture 15 years ago and one of the dresser drawers finally started to break down. I needed to get some parts replaced because I still love the timeless pieces I owned. Went to the Tukwila store and had the pleasure of dealing with Amber Friedman. Unfortunately the vendor was no longer someone they worked with but she said she would follow up. after some extensive research on her end she found a solution to our problem. It took some leg work for such a small part but big headache. It would have even been easier and more expensive to buy another dresser but she knew that I wanted to keep this piece. Because of service like this from Dania, I dont think I will ever go anywhere else. Plus when I went in there they had the most gorgeous furniture that I actually should upgrade anyway. So Amber, I will be back for some new pieces but 100% because of your outstanding customer service. Thank you.

I am rarely one to complain or leave negative reviews, but this one was warranted. I ordered almost $3000 worth of home and office furniture for my brand new home last month. The delivery driver proceeded by urinating on the side of my brand new home during the delivery, and was caught on camera. Both delivery guys also did not take their shoes off when entering my home. Once I sent the complaint to Dania, all they did was apologize and refund me a silly $99 delivery fee.I was also offered a full exterior home cleaning with my initial conversation from their management, which I denied, as I was looking to receive some money back in return. A few days later, they took back that statement, and said they could offer a cleaning only the specific area of where the urination occurred.Mind you, my family has been buying tens of thousands of dollars of furniture from Dania for over 30 years. Due to our long-standing relationship, I gave them a chance to make it right by reimbursing me some money, and they still have not. Utterly disappointed, as their handling of this situation was and is horrific. Shame on you Dania.

ASK FOR DEXTER(12/15/23 - he moved to the Kirkland location)I rarely write reviews, but this was an experience I have to share.We spent months searching for the perfect sofa for our formal living room. We visited several showrooms and researched a few online retailers.We found ourselves at Dania in Tukwila. We were greeted by Dexter. He was very friendly and showed us around. After leaving, we were leaning towards a brown leather sectional. Not 100% set on it, so we did more research.We ended up visiting Dania 3 more times before making the purchase. He was there all 3 times to answer more questions. We ended up getting a white leather sectional sofa.From time of purchase, leading up to delivery, and day of delivery, Dexter called to ensure we had what we needed and our expectations were met. Even on his day off, he had another associate follow up with us.The delivery team was wonderful. They were friendly and professional. They were careful with our floors and cleaned up after themselves.Unfortunately, one of the corner piece was incorrect and didn't fit like it should have. I sent Dexter a photo, and right away, he was on it. He had to work through operational logistics and ended up sending out another sofa set! The delivery team replaced the incorrect piece and double checked to make sure that I was happy with it. They were willing to break down and take back the entire set if I wasn't completely satisfied! I feel like delivery companies are in a hurry to get in and out, but these guys were all about customer satisfaction.We could have easily bought this sofa online, but I'm so grateful that we met Dexter and had his assistance throughout the process. He really cares about his clients and will do everything he can to go above and beyond.If you're looking for furniture or a house (we learned he's also a real estate agent), go see Dexter!
