I’m a disabled vet with over 40 surgeries, and when I came to Danny I was out of shape, overweight, and doctors had told me I was finished working out and would have severe disabilitiesDanny put me on a regiment that after a year I was able to walk without a cane, and was starting to get into decent shape again. I was able to go on and lift weights again, not at previous levels, but considering my past was a dramatic improvementHe help me change my life and get to a point of being able to take care of myself and live a normal life. You cannot ask much more than that.I would recommend Danny to anyone of any skill level.

I wanted to share my experience during my training sessions with Danny Lippman. From the day I began training with Danny, he let me know he was invested in my success. He educated me, kept me motivated and encouraged me!! Danny was able to be flexible with my hectic work schedule. And most of all, he was caring and supportive on days when prior injuries flared up - his knowledge and expertise allowed him to adjust our training plan on the fly to accommodate my needs.I realize that these are conditions that makes it difficult to work with a client long term, but Danny remained committed to my success. His sense of humor and positivity made our sessions fun too! It is easy to see that he takes his role very seriously. One of the things I appreciated most was the follow up after a tough session or when he knew I wasn't feeling well - and that meant a lot to me as a client. His desire for me to successfully meet my goals coupled with his sincerity and dedication as a professional kept me renewing my training sessions while I lived in the Seattle area. Danny does a great job!! Danny truly goes above and beyond and I highly recommend him as your new personal trainer!

And even though we train virtually, he is more aware of my form and correct mechanics than any in-person trainer I’ve ever had. He’s the best.

I experienced a lower back disc bulge earlier in the year. Traumatic! My doctor finally cleared me for strength training and lifting 4 months after the injury and needed help getting back into a routine. So I did 2 months of Prehab Rehab with Coach Dan. The biggest benefit I got from rehab coaching was to relearn how to move correctly, advising me on a slow and steady approach and to build the confidence needed to avoid the “Nocebo Effect” aka being scared of working out. Coach Dan is patient, empathetic, fun and really cares about your goals. I appreciated my time with him and have newfound confidence post-injury. He was flexible to my needs and made sure to check-in on my progress always. Thank you Coach Dan!

My experience with Dan was absolutely delightful and very helpful! Dan is so incredibly dedicated and professional. I've learned so much from him for the past 6 months and it's been a huge pleasure to train with him. Training with Dan was truly life changing! He helped me change my lifestyle completely. Dan gives amazing advice on nutrition and how to incorporate other daily exercises into my routine. He shared his knowledge and experience on proper exercise positions and helped me stay accountable with weekly updates and fitness charts. Danny Lippman is an incredible fitness trainer and overall great person. I worked with Danny after having kids and needing a jump start. He not only created a plan that worked well with my needs, he pushed me to do new things to achieve my goals. He is fun, knowledgeable, passionate about fitness and very encouraging. He can work with any skill level and will probably become a friend along the way. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a positive lifestyle change. One of my favorite things about Danny is that he truly listens and he truly cares.

I started working with Dan in November of 2021 and he's different than other trainers I've worked with. Dan took time to understand my injuries and listens to me. He pushes me and still not far enough to get hurt.He's always positive and fun and educates me on mindset, nutrition and exercise. He provides detailed cues on my exercise form because he is focused and pays attention. He adapts my workout if needed and is professional and kind. My mood, energy, health and outlook have all improved since working with Dan. I highly recommend Dan if you are looking for a fun, effective and customized training experience.

Dan just might be the best trainer I've ever had. He cares SO much about his clients. My time with him isn't limited to the time we're actually training together - he makes an effort to check in throughout the week, keep me accountable, make sure I'm feeling well (both mind and body!), and sends me reminders about our upcoming appts. Bonus - he's so freaking strong and helps me work out any knots in my body!! Most of his clients tell him he could also be a massage therapist haha.

I’m so grateful for Dan’s training. When the pandemic began, I became lethargic, depressed, and was carrying around a lot of pain in my body. I’ve been working out with Danny consistently since mid 2020. Danny is always professional, on-time, and listens to his clients.My body has completely changed since working out three times per week with Danny. I feel more confident, even my skin and hair look better! He encourages a healthy lifestyle and holds me accountable. He puts together a meal plan/protocol for you to follow and asks you to log your food, so he can help you determine the healthiest route.Danny has quite literally changed my life! I should also mention that he has in-person and virtual options available which is great for my busy schedule.
