This CVS pharmacy consistently has the rudest employees that I have ever encountered at a pharmacy, both working in the pharmacy itself and also working elsewhere in the store, restocking, etc. As a long-time CVS customer, I initially used this store all of the time, but then gave up because the experience was just so unpleasant every time I was in the store. I moved all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy up the street.

If you want to get a hold of someone in the pharmacy, you won't. I recommend going literally anywhere else.

The Queen Anne CVS pharmacy has the rudest phone customer service of all the Seattle CVS locations ... by far. Avoid when possible, use Northgate or Ballard

Came in for a vaccination and took an appointment in advance. I had a few questions to check if the vaccination was really needed or not but the staff said that they will be answered only when I come in. we waited 30 minutes before we could get in and the person in charge outright said no to answer questions. I explained there was a reason for the vaccine and hence wanted clarity. They than heard me and based on that told me that the vaccine wasn't needed at all. Only if this had been answered on the call it would have saved time for both of us. The store was not in the best shape and boxes were strewn everywhere. Very limited staff to help.

This is a lovely store with great people. One thing, though: it absolutely does not have a drive through. Mentioning this because I don't know how to submit a correction. :)

Rude employees with more attitude than anyone needs to experience.

It's a CVS. The high rating is only because of the outstanding service from the manager (Ray) who went above and beyond to help in printing out biometric ID photos with the confusing photo printing kiosk. Before he came to help us, the two guys at the checkout also made sure we were going to be taken care of. The software is confusing, and Ray offered to take photos and troubleshoot the software and printer. He spent like 20 minutes doing this. If you need ID photos, come here!

We hopped in to get a Powerade and the cashier double charged us. When I asked he told us it was the sugar tax. Being tired and non confrontational I left and when I learned that he was lying, I was truly disappointed. Don't go to this store or they will steal from you. Very unfortunate :/

Today, I went in with an appointment at 4 PM. *Important to know about this location, they booked three different appointments for that time because they have three different practitioners and three different rooms. I worked with nurse Lynn N. She administered to me, my second HPV shot today. What I liked about her was her kindness, bedside manner, and her discernment to triage me because my need was very brief. She answered questions, engaged in conversation and I would definitely recommend her because even though they were in a bind today, with one practitioner not showing up, she was handling it well and she wasn't grumpy with me when I asked questions while waiting, about needing to possibly reschedule and things like that. I really appreciated her concern about me as well after the immunization was administered and when I shared with her what I was feeling. I would definitely recommend going here.

Cheyenne and Albert were phenomenal! They really made the whole Covid testing process so easy and stress free! If you need a Covid test, go see them! They were so friendly and nice!

Stopped by this store on vacation last week and am not transferring my prescriptions away from all CVS's. I was staying nearby and went in to buy a diet coke and a few other items while I was waiting for my nieces to get off work to go to dinner. I bought my stuff and waited outside for my nieces' bus to arrive. Over their outdoor intercom they yelled at me to leave and said there was no loitering despite it being a bus stop. And I don't know Washington state laws, but I thought sidewalks were public. I was NOT in their store and was not sitting on the benches that surround their building. I've had my husband and my prescriptions at CVS for years and years and will absolutely never give them another dime. I left but wish I went back inside to return my purchases, but I bet I would've been arrested for trespassing. My nieces said they have trouble at this CVS all the time so they don't go there anymore. Oh! And I heard them yelling at someone else as I was walking away. What next? Are they going start slapping you if you don't use your CVS membership card? Dummies!

Zack needs a serious attitude check. I called in on Friday for them to refill my prescriptions. I spoke with Zack about having a prescription sent over from another pharmacy, and he told me that wouldn't be a problem. He also stated that he had found the pharmacy it was at, and asked if that was the correct one, which I confirmed. When I went to pick it up, he lied straight to my face. He told me I had never even called them (which was weird, because I had three other prescriptions ready?) and that if I had I never asked for the other prescription. I actually called the other pharmacy and they CONFIRMED that they sent it to this CVS. It seems to me that Zack was covering his mistake and decided to verbally abuse a customer to do so.

CVS seems to have adequate supplies of all the usual drug store items and appears clean enough but the pharmacy and vaccine center is a disorganized mess, maybe due to labor shortages? I made a vaccine appointment and checked in online but still had to wait for ages as the one person behind the counter tried to juggle answering phones, dispensing Rx and checking in people for vaccines and consultations. The vaccination room looked like an untidy janitorial closet, cluttered with half-opened boxes and a confusion of supplies. I didn't see any refrigerator in the room (not sure how they're managing vaccine refrigeration or if they are at all). The shot hurt like hell, which the tech told me was because they'd ran out of the regular needles and were having to use a larger size. In short, I wish I'd been vaccinated at my doctor's instead. I'm not confident that these guys have been adequately trained to know what they're doing or have enough support (in terms of staffing) to dispense any medical care safely (even if it's just shots). I've seen MUCH better run field clinics (the vaccine clinic at Microsoft was expertly run). Seems like CVS is medical malpractice suit just waiting to happen. I'd come here again to buy nail polish or shampoo and get my shots elsewhere. What a mess.

Usually an ok place, staff is helpful but guy didn't fill my entire order n when I got home after driving through a snow storm I had to call n find out it wasn't covered. He should've told me that I needed to buy it when I was there, instead of not saying anything. So, overall decent.

The store size is large and it is well-kept. It's never too busy and the staff is quite friendly. I don't know if CVS can ever truly hit it out of the park, but this is about as good as it gets. Cheers folks.
