Crista ministries - the one ministry uncompromisingly working for the kingdom of God through international outreach, school, assisted living, Camps etc. I love the resolve of the leadership team for biblical principles. Employees share the word of God for their clients freely (not constrained like other companies), pray for each other and have devotions. If you are a Christian and devoted for the cause of Christ - this the place you need to work to advance the Great commission as well as for personal development where you are paid but also living your values.I pray for them to continue in their resolve and be a light for other Christians companies not to compromise the biblical principles for a profit of money. I've worked in crista since 2019 sep 18th.Ive been happy since then there is a feeling of belonging.we got freedom to worship even with our seniors you loose nothing but happiness. I have worked here in a few different departments since Jan 2020.I plan to stay here long term, God willing.Beautiful and peaceful environment.The effort and thought that the leadership pours into this Ministry is very good and well managed.I appreciate the community and feel confident being under the current leadership. My mother had been a resident at Crista Senior Community for the past 2 1/2 years. She resided in 3 different areas over that period of time. The staff were competent, caring, and loving to her throughout that time. They became like family to her, as she required more and more assistance. They were excellent in involving us in her care and keeping us informed of her needs and the changes in her health. We remain grateful to them for being such compassionate partners in the last few years of her life.

Wasn't anything "Christian" about the job in the dept I worked in! They discriminate against the disabled, constantly harrassed, bullied,name calling,false accusations, retaliation if you told management.i dreaded going to work every day for fear if what was going to happen...

I am an alumni of King's Schools, one of CRISTA's chapters, and they recently released an anti-LGBTQ+ statement that makes me sick to my stomach. I will continue to discourage any fundraising or donating to CRISTA, as well as enrollment to King's, until the statement is retracted and the teachers who left are reinstated.
