Today I went to go and buy a brand new phone from this location. It was 4:15-4:20..and when I got to the door, a lady working there locked it when I tried to open it, didn't even look at me and turned off the open sign. Their door says that for their special hours they close at 6 pm. I tried

Came in today at 6:20, shutters were closed. Watched a lady unlock things to go inside, just to leave again and close the shutters.

Cricket wireless is a joke honestly after a year having them as a carrier I quit and will never go back charging over 100 dollars for an up grade that I should have got for free and the upgrade was even worse what piece of junk later cricket

I just left the criket store and the person who attends is called tb!! He was not kind enough to serve me! First he left me standing for about 5 minutes because he was busy, then he treated me very rudely and couldn't tell me the prices of the phones! I have always liked the service of this store but the truth is that I had a bad experience with this person, Tyler.

Unfortunately, I was the target of an employee’s bad day today. I was yelled at, talked to like some sort of street thug and refused to be serviced. I asked for the manager's information and he also refused to give me that information as well.I've used this particular location many times and have been a loyal customer for almost ten years and I've never gone through what I experienced today (normally everyone is helpful and pleasant). I've actually never gone through such traumatic customer service experience in general. I'm still in shock, disappointed, and disgusted by this behavior. This is not ok

Taylor is the nicest person I have ever met. I got locked out of my car just outside the store and he was extremely empathetic. Must be a great place to work if your employees are so willing and able to help anyone and everyone. Thank you!

Highly recommend speaking with Kayla at the Seattle store if you have any issues with your phone. Knowledgeable and professional!! I bought/activated my phone at a different Cricket store, but called the Seattle store three separate times [in one day!!] for follow up issues. Each time I got a professional answer and 2x Kayla answered the phone and solved both of my issues -- and I hadn't even purchased my phone at their store! I so appreciated their help and professionalism.

When someone comes into your store and they need help and know very little about how to get started. Why not e kind and helpful instead of seeing a vulnerable chump and take them for everything you can. Disgraceful.

I was there yesterday and what a great manager there. She helped me and I was in and out in 10 minutes. There was an irate customer in there and she along with the other employee handled the situation well. Thank you Kayla (I think is her name)

Went to Northgate Cricket phone store. Looked like the both associates were busy doing something but one of them a lady stopped, got up from a display she was working on and immediately greeted me and asked how she could help me.I told her I am not really good at technical stuff but that I needed to update my information and change my email on my account because I no longer use that email.While discussing this with her and as she assisted me there were things I noticed about her. She kept eye contact with me, waited until I was finished speaking, and was patient with me.Turns out part of my phone issue had nothing to do with the service but the phone I had, she made some helpful suggestions on how to fix the issue. We also discussed the bill I had and that the debt card it was under was lost and I was waiting for a replacement, she gave me some information on how I can get that resolved until my card comes in and also showed me ways that I could save money in the future. I was even helped further by using a iPad there to apply for a different plan.I was very impressed by her, that she made me feel at ease and didn't try to push or sell me anything. She was kind and helpful, I'd definitely return to that Cricket store in the future because of her. They don't wear name badges there otherwise I'd mention her by name.

This store has some of the best customer service staff ive experienced in a long time....and I'm talking across all service and non-service related industries. Jeremy was the agent who first acclimated me to cricket with a small plan purchase that we attached to a device i brought in with me. it was a small sale yet the attention he gave me was focused and helpful. He is inquisitive and authentic in all his communications and I never feel like I'm being steered towards a purchase.Nicholas as well has been super helpful and he is always ready to jump into the trenches and help the team with my issues. He listens and if he isnt helping a customer and another agent is, hell swoop right in there lending his own expertise to the other agent instead of trying to play angry birds or catch up on some you tube like ive experienced in the past.Both of them today spent a good deal of time helping me through my recent "tech-challenged" difficulty. Jeremy didnt stop at the concern i entered with, he went above noticing some things that were out of alignment with my account and Nicholas jumped right in beside him tackling my problem.Kayla (spelling?) the manager has navigated some very difficult customer interactions with poise and grace and this is under circumstances others would crumble under. Ive presented some very difficult challenges for this store, and become somewhat heated on multiple occasions due to the nature of my technological limitations, and ive never felt like my needs were not being approached with anything less then extreme competence and a professionalism that shined.cricket rocks and so does ATT, but I cant imagine this experience with any other store and would strongly encourage all others to give this store your business. Honesty and Authenticity aren't always this concentrated in one retail outlet and this store seeems to be breeding a whole new style of sales representatives.-Spiritdancer
