“I had such a positive experience with Ayda K. at this location that I felt compelled to leave a review and say that she provided the most patient, kind, and comprehensive customer service that I have received in years. Maybe ever. She is seriously the best! So kind. I had a variety of really confusing account questions, which she walked me through with such empathy and patience. Once that was finished, I was interested in another BECU service. She stayed with me through the process, despite my appointment having gone long over our alloted time. We were able to complete the application and also move some things around in my accounts all in the same appointment, so everything was taken care of in one visit. Ayda deserves a raise!”

There was a once-in-a-blue-moon computer glitch that had me all frustrated, and their team was just the best at helping to sort it all out.

They even went out of her way to follow up on an unrelated card issue with me afterwards. I’m beyond satisfied with the level of customer service and am looking forward to interacting with Emily again if the need arises.”
“I recently opened a line of credit with WSECU to help rebuild my credit. A couple days after receiving my brand new credit card, I was pick pocketed at an event in Seattle and all my cards were stolen. I cancelled the card immediately but there were already 6 transactions on the card. It was a holiday weekend but the day I could reach the main line, the woman who helped me was so wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. If it helps, this was on Tuesday evening 5/30/23 at about 5pm. She was so kind to me, she listened to what happened intently, she went through all the fraud reports with patience and compassion, and she cared about my situation. When she told me the new card would be there in 10-14 days, I asked if there's any way to get it sooner (I offered to pay the expense) she then put me on hold to call her manager and got permission have my card expedited to arrive in 2 business days AND waived the fee for that. My card arrived in 2 days as expected with the balance reset. Wonderful customer service.”

“Very convenient. My checking account is at Idaho Central credit Union in Boise, Idaho but I'm able to use the BECU ATM to do my banking so I can keep my account in Idaho. I do like that”

When I go inside to the South Hill Puyallup branch I don't think I've ever had better service and when I get from the ones inside behind the desk. Your drive up windows are good too. “Met with Linda to get a debit card, who was very kind, gave me succinct useful info about how to earn more money with my accounts while it printed.
Even more impressive, there were some BIPOC customers who had set up a new account at the auromated kiosk and were about to leave but she made sure to talk to them to find out if any of the three were already a member so she could get them a referral bonus. One already was, so thanks to her efforts the existing member and the new member got $100 each, the group walked out with $200 more than they came in with thanks to her. Not many banks/CUs fight to give you more money so thank you Linda ^.^”

He has a great attitude, and seems very enthusiastic about wanting to help people thrive, including his own staff, which is exactly what a credit union is supposed to do!
