I had the most wonderful experience at Crane Jewlers. Sarah Jayne was super helpful working with me to design a custom ring, and the end product was better than I’d even hoped for. The only jeweler I need in Seattle.

My wife’s antique ring from Portugal had lost a diamond and the band was split. They were able to repair it, strengthen the band, and also find a mine-cut diamond that perfectly matched the original setting. It looks exactly like the day we bought it, but it’s even sturdier. Couldn’t be happier! Also a very reasonable price.

Crane Jewelers helped me create the best Father's Day gift ever! My dad lost his favorite ring over a decade ago. This year I was determined to re-create it, and I'm so glad I chose Crane Jewelers to do the job. Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely patient with me as I attempted to describe the design purely from my childhood memory. I only gave him a few descriptions and sample pictures - he did the rest. The final result is elegant and intricately crafted with great attention to detail. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined; DEFINITELY an upgrade from my dad's old one. Restored my family's 1872 mourning brooch that was in a TERRIBLE state, he brought it back to life and make it functional for the first time in over fifty years! He was incredibly kind and courteous throughout the project and upfront about cost. The experience I've had with Crane far outshines all the other jewelers I have been to! Use Crane if your jewelry matters to you!

Crane Jewelers is AMAZING! I brought in my grandmother's diamond engagement ring to have it set into a modern solitaire necklace and it is absolutely perfect and was affordable. Kevin Crane knows everything about jewelry, he'll explain how they made diamonds back in the day and really spends time with you. Leaving a family heirloom in the care of a stranger can be a little nerve-racking but Kevin is trustworthy and does great work. Outside of antique jewelry, Kevin also sized down my new engagement ring. I love coming to pick up my jewelry, it's always a wonderful experience.

The diamond fell out of my wife's engagement ring and luckily we found it immediately. I brought it in to Kevin and he was able to explain why it fell out and suggest a few solutions and recommended one that was better and less expensive than the others. I completely trust him and his work. He also provided a very helpful appraisal for insurance purposes - and did all this in a very timely manner. As long as he is in business, I won't need another jeweler in Seattle.

Mr. Crane resized my engagement ring perfectly. It was my great grandmother's so it took a lot for me to trust him, just going off reviews. HOWEVER: He was personable, kind, and knowledgeable about my turn of the century ring. He revealed a history my family had forgotten, and took great care with making sure my size was the perfect fit. He's earned a lifelong customer.
