My experience with Jeff and his team and Count on That was brief but terrific. I reached out with questions regarding the steps needed to start a business I had been dreaming about. Jeff very gently led me to my own realization that this dream could very well be a nightmare. He's a wealth of experience and very open to share his insights that proved to be invaluable. I spent a small consultation fee that will end up saving me thousands of dollars and years of stress in the long run. The only bummer about no longer starting my business is that I have nothing further to hire him for. Highly recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat.

Jeff and his capable staff helped me get my business off the ground with a simple but comprehensive Quickbooks Online bookkeeping setup and payroll service. They're able to answer my many questions quickly and carefully, and their tax advice has given me useful insights. Jeff:Compassionate, intelligent, funny, patient, and most importantly:Knows ?? his ?? stuff??You want to work with someone like Jeff who is transparent and willing to share what he knows. He walked me through the process of bookkeeping and was so incredibly patient the whole time. By seeing the process of bookkeeping by trying it out I definitely see the value of having someone who can help manage that aspect of business.I highly recommend him for CPA services!

EXTREMELY unprofessional, we ended services Dec 26. Jeff sent an invoice that I questioned since I believed he had previously billed me before for that month of service. I had requested all invoices from previous months of service and he failed to send any.He then went into my bank account in January without authorization to pull the money out himself after our services have ended. That is theft and a police report has been filed.

Count on That is an exceptional accounting firm. Every person we have had the opportunity to work with has been outstanding. We placed our trust in this firm when we started our business and they have been there every step of the way as we have grown since 2019. They are not only experts with accounting practices, they wrote the book on how to provide elite customer service and build loyalty and trust.

I am a new business owner trying to find my feet, knowing that I know nothing about book keeping or accounting. I can do all the research in my spare time and hope I get it right... or I can call a professional and know I'm getting the right information. I am still working through the beginnings of a start up but I can tell that Jeff is very knowledgeable and provides advice in addition to doing your books. He has pretty quick response times, good information & advice at reasonable prices. I look forward to fully launching my business and starting regular work with Jeff and his team. I'll be sure to update again if/when I start utilizing some of his subscription services. Updated: 12/08/2020 I sent an email to Jeff in November to move forward with setting up some software services and I wanted to set up another consult session to learn how to do my books before handing the work off to his team and never heard back. I don't know if it got lost or he got busy but I would have appreciated a response. Found another accountant to help me with my needs and am very happy, new review to come shortly.

Jeff is a great and passionate towards helping businesses. His experience and great knowledge will get you out of any trouble you may be having. As a small business controller things can always go wrong. Thanks to Jeff I was able to successfully file 4 years of taxes. It is very hard to find people like Jeff who is very passionate about helping others and their job. I would highly recommend making a meeting with Jeff and his team. They saved me thousands of dollars on taxes.

As a small business owner who is illiterate in number crunching and financial tracking, we've hired Jeff to manage our books and make sure we're operating healthy. The past 6 months have been smooth sailing without me having to do anything with numbers. He's even pointed out some things we should be doing to save money on taxes! Definitely recommend!
