Waiting room was freezing and had to wait 40 minutes due to only 1 employee doing drug screens!

I was at your establishment for a blood draw. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
The staff was friendly, efficient and everything was clean.

I went to Concentra for a needed physical so that I can attend a CDL course starting next week. When it came down to the wire Concentra said that my physical exam had expired and that they would not extend my exam, so I would have to pay them for another exam. And that exam would not be ready by Monday. I’m demanding a full refund and giving them bad reviews on Google, Yelp and Next Door. Very dissatisfied!

Horrible. Long waits, disorganized, painful tech required to do paperwork. I wish employees would contract with better companies other than concentra.

I went here for a drug screening for my employer. I waited over an hour while many of the people who came after me finished before I was called. I had to go up to the front desk after an hour and it seemed like they forgot about me because they went to the back and then said “okay they’ll call you next”. And then I still had to wait about 20 minutes. After I was called in, the employee couldn’t figure out how to do the paperwork for the drug test so I had to wait even longer. One employee was on his phone in the back the entire time I was there. After they finally figured out how to do the paperwork, I did the urine test in 5 minutes, signed my initials, and they said “ok you’re good” and then didn’t look at me or say anything when I said thank you

As a license driver class B, the law request me detail medical exame periodic. Concentra did that in a sharp and time manner. Since I did with them, I found peace in mind.

I was there to get blood drawn for a TB test and I let them know that I tend to pass out and I Would need to lay down. They were really patient with it, and the drawing of the blood was painless. They understood that I needed time after the blood draw so I didn’t tend to pass out right away, which was very gracious of them and I appreciate them being so understanding!

Worst place EVER! I went in and was diagnosed with strep throat. The Dr. advised against the antibiotics but said if I changed my mind I could just call. So I called. The receptionist said she’d call back, but wrote my number down wrong and when I called she said the Dr. I saw wasn’t here and none of the doctors there could give me a prescription unless I came in. I had to leave work early to be seen and leave everyone short staffed. What a horrible system!!

Very professional nurses and PT however it took me a really long time to sit in a waiting room. I feel like the Skeleton Crew may have been working that day.

This was overall one of the worst experiences in a medical sense I have ever experienced. I will never go back. I have to put 1 star realistically I'd put none.
