You call HR or any internal department, no one picks up the phone. Always leave a message on the answering machine and then you pray someone will call you, very frustrating

Confusing, slow, and frustrating (this was the first review I posted with one star). But my second interaction with customer service was very helpful. Looks like this isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Thank you for your help.
