Ordered a few stand up funeral sprays. Ada was really patient in explaining the details and showed us many options and pictures. She was really good at communicating throughout the process. The arrangements turned out beautiful at a reasonable price!

I am shocked. Today is the birthday of our office manager, and I sent my maintenance worker down to pick up a bouquet. When they opened, he went to walk in and was blocked by the two women there, and told him they would not serve him. When asked why, they said they were open, but "not to you." I'm not sure why there would be discrimination against a man intending to buy a large bouquet, but this is incredibly rude and disappointing. Our business is currently involved with projects to protect and keep the integrity of the CID, so it is discouraging that we can't even make a purchase in the community we are here to help.

Terrible customer service here, the worst. Just a few minutes ago I tried to go and see about purchasing some flowers for my boss's birthday. The sign said open at 10:00 a.m. and the door was propped open, it was 10:17 when I entered and the lady up front literally came to the door and would not let me in and lied to me saying that they were not open yet. Upon pointing to the sign and saying your sign says you do she then said well we just don't have anything you need. I am quite positive it is because of my appearance, I am a maintenance technician for some of the buildings around here and my clothes are dirty from Greece and work.. I have long hair and a beard, and that's the only thing I can think of as to why they refuse service to me. Whatever the reason it was unprofessional and I will no longer be shopping with them ever again, they've missed out on $150 purchase they could have had this morning which I took to a better florist only two blocks away which is called Alice's florist.. that one I do recommend but not this one.

Amazing local shop with good prices! I bought some plants a few weeks ago and they're so healthy. The lady in the store is so nice and friendly and she helped me find some low-light plants for my office. I bought some more today and had another great experience. Will definitely be coming back often!
