Took my phone in to have the headphone jack repaired/replaced. He replaced the headphone jack in the amount of time he said he would, and the phone works now.

I stopped in to see if they had a screen protector to fit my phone and yes he did and installed it perfectly aligned and I was on my way within 10 minutes. Very good service and reasonable cost. Cloud will be at the top of my list for now.

Cloud Electronic (and my Otterbox case) saved my iPhone after I inadvertently ran it through a 45 minute washing machine cycle. When I brought it in, it kept trying to start every 15 seconds. Now it works great again. Saved!

This is the 2nd time I visited Cloud Electronic. Back in 2019, Remzi replaced the power port on my Dell Inspiron 5565 laptop. I had tripped over the power adapter cord and damaged the port. This visit was for my Dell Inspiron 5379 laptop. While at work this week, the touchscreen began flickering. My first chance I had to consult with someone about the problem was on Saturday. I wandered into Cloud Electronic around 3:30pm without an appointment. BTW Remzi always welcomes walk-ins. I was greeted with a smile. He remembered helping me years before. I told him about the screen flickering. He turned on the laptop to see for himself. He asked if I had dropped it, which I had not. He told me that this problem might require replacing the entire screen. I asked about the cost and asked him whether it might be problem with a ribbon cable. He re-started the laptop and examined the touch screen with his fingers. Then he shut down the laptop, removed the bottom cover and examined the insides. He gently re-seated the ribbon cables that go to the screen. Remzi started the laptop and the flickering was no longer. He shut it back down and carefully used an air compressor to blow out all the dust from inside. Next he replaced the bottom cover and started it back up to confirm that my problem was fixed. For the final step, he used a wipe to thoroughly clean the screen, keyboard, and laptop body. Everything I just typed about my visit took a total of 20 minutes, and the cost was a modest amount. I left very please, knowing that buying my next new laptop remains down the road. I highly recommend Cloud Electronic. Remzi works on improving his English every day. Regardless of any communication difficulty, the man knows how to repair electronics and more.

Highly recommended! My iPhone had gone completely dead, and wouldn't power back on due to recent troubles with charging properly. After having been dropped off just after 3pm, my phone was fixed and back to normal before 4pm! I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency. Affordable rate as well; about half the price I'd paid for the same repair at a different shop. Cloud Electronics is perfect for a quick fix! :)
