Locks the doors at random times. It's 8:30 am and for some reason they're only doing business through the late night window right now. This type of thing happens all the time. Least convenient convenience store.

The store DOESN’T work 24hours

I hate this store. However, I work nearby, so I go there often out of convenience.
The employees are slow, but much slower is their equipment. The card reader takes an infuriatingly long time to process. Also, something weird is always going on. After dark it’s window service only. However, the other day it was window service at around 6pm. Earlier in the day only 3 people were allowed in the store at once. Last week it was completely closed one day with no explanation. Regularly something goes wrong with their equipment so they can’t accept cash or EBT. A few weeks ago I got pushed out of the store because the register wasn’t working. No idea why this necessitated me leaving, but whatever. I was allowed in 5min later with no explanation. They always keep one door locked but not the same one every time.
I also at one point heard a female manager telling people to quietly charge up to the next dollar to make giving change easier. I don’t even know if that’s legal.
It is simply a bewildering, uncanny place. It truly feels like some sort of absurdist social experiment. I hate this gas station but am trapped in an Twilight Zone spiral of misery & disappointment.
I hope that someday it will be replaced with a more functional franchise & that nobody else is resigned to this cruel fate.

Here right now at 2:34 am trying to get gas no employees visible or opening the door or answering the intercom on the side if there is one

Never open at set times. If the employees feel like opening they will otherwise they will just tell you they don't feel like it. Heaven help you if you don't hand the cash to the worker. I watched some poor guy get insulted and lectured about how rude and disrespectful he was because he put the cash on the counter rather than directly into her hand.

DO NOT COME HERE.
THIS establishment is a joke. There is 2-3 staff members that ever take it remotely seriously. Being on a MAJOR road in Seattle you would figure it had more care. I frequent this place because I live soo close.. NEVER AGAIN. The experience I had tonight with the “female” employee at 9:27pm on 07/07/2024
I’ll never go to a CIRCLE K again. I’ll never go to a SHELL again.. I would reconsider ever stopping here. Unless you get one of the few employees that are great. This is not a safe, clean, easy access gas station at ALL.

The woman who worked today in the late afternoon had no regard for the line SHE CREATED. She took care of her friends and had no regard for anyone getting in and out. Very disappointed.

The store is often closed anytime of the day or night for any period of time.Super unsafe parking lot and area. Store and gas prices are pretty normal for the area though. The store is just really poorly managed and it can get pretty Wild West in the parking lot.

Cashier was not helpful at all. I asked for a bag to put my three monster energy drinks in and so told me no I can't have one. Another woman needed help at the pump because her pump stopped halfway through her desired amount. I'm very unhappy
