“I was raised in the heart of Seattle Washington. And I was taught to work hard, and take care of your family. Recently I suffered from heart failure which led to heart surgery. Thank GOD I'm still here. But my point in this conversation is that I'm unable to longer work, and although I wish I could fend for myself, it's not that way anymore. I want to reach out to the establishment (church), Pastor, staff ( Ricky Stuart), and the whole Mt.Zion team for not sometimes but always being there in dire times, through prayer, leadership, and support. Thank You GOD and continue to bless MT. Zion...”

“Bruce Lee Fact: Bruce Lee and Linda Emery got married here, on August 17th, 1964. Keep in mind, this was when anti-miscegenation laws were in effect in the US, so this is church has a history of being very progressive. From the other reviews I've read of this place, they seem to be a very active church that has a message and fights for what they believe in. Honestly, I can respect that! I hope they continue doing good for the community.”

“Beautiful church and beautiful couple the 1st lady and her husband are. It breaks my heart that my 1st time here was for a funeral of a relative last week. The message the pastor spoke is from the heart and I hope we can all do better loving each other while we have the time to do so.”

“I believe this place is a good for the community. I've seen how they help the homeless and their food bank is really compassionate and varied. The staff is very kind. I think it's wonderful that they allow homeless people to camp on their property and I think they are true Christians that actually practice what they preach and I support their presence in the community %100”

“So nice that it is not a radical left church. They want to be inclusive and listen to the disenfranchised and promote Christian ideals in those areas, but their main goal is preaching the Gospel and teaching from the Bible. We felt out last church decided teaching radical wokeness was more important than Biblical doctrine. Where those 2 things came into conflict, wokeness won. That is not the case here. The pastors know the people from our last church, and praise their good points, but Biblical doctrine wins out here.”

“Lovely venue for musical performance. I came here to see an artist perform (unrelated to church-y activities). The acoustics were good, the atmosphere of the room was great, and the overall vibe was surprisingly chill for a church.Note: a little stuffy in the summer, but it's an older church, so I think that's to be expected.”
